Iranian justice system is not perfect. Whether it is a retribution-based justice philosophy or the horrible executions of summer of 1360, there have always been flaws in the system.But the judiciary generally goes through extensive deliberations in capital cases.

It is hard for me to believe someone would be executed without a trial and presenting evidence. Suggesting, albeit of good intentions, that the system itches to execute youngsters is not going to advance the cause of justice in Iran.
