1 : i dont have to knock Meryl like that i just use flash bomb

2 : i use Therm.g to see him while invisible

3 : when he moves things from the room i just sit down

4 : i use melee most of the time to lower his hp and C4 for fun :)

Change from port 1 to port 2, then go prone and his objects cant hurt u. Next then use the thermals to see where he hides then he is dead in five mins

This is not something right here;I'm playing this on my ps1,and it's very hard to hit Mantis! Very hard,only by repeating punching on his certain phases of attacks..

And i'm hearing for the first time:'Whyyy'? It rather says when he dodges my 95% of attacks-'i can read your mind'...

They infused screaming mantis with some of psycho mantis's cells.

That gave screaming mantis very limited psychic powers.

Her mantis and sorrow dolls enhanced those abilities.

Im guessing mantis showed up in mgs4 cuz a part of him was still surviving inside his cells that were put in screaming mantis.

Oh, and if you hold L1 after mantis returns to the after life for good, you can see the sorrow from mgs3 staring at you.

Then he fades away too.

@PFreakyPFister you dont use the PS button and change your controller settings to win, you simply use the syringe and then you shoot his two dolls. Take them and simply shoot the mantis doll at Screaming Mantis. :O

SECRET: I had a really hard time killing Mantis...then I figured out what the secret was..JUST USE YOUR THERMAL GOGGLES ! you can follow him around the room shooting him and he doesn't stand a chance, he barely hit me once when i did this, try it and I'm sure you'll kick his ass, good luck gamers ;D

I beat him without changing controller ports. You know you can just crawl under the items he throws at you. I crawled, got up and shot him. The Bubbles was a bitch. I had to "trick" the game into lining him up in my shot. Awesome boss fight.
