Dann musst du wohl an deiner Technik arbeiten ... Wenn du nach 6 Topspins ko bist, dann steckst du zu viel Energie in die Schläge. Mit der richtigen Technik braucht man nämlich gar nicht mal so viel Kraft.

Ansonsten, ja, mit 28 hat er wahrscheinlich auch ein bisschen mehr Kraft als du mit 14. ;)

Not every book is saying the right thing. One of the important things in table tennis is, you have the right technique under control. Timo Boll has a good technique but looks different what you can read in books. Search on google what you do want to know, like 'How to do the forehand topspin'.

1.part: He tries to hit the ball early,in front of his body and also to "pet" it,i.e. to give the ball a lot of spin.The application of the wrist is also very important.That are all fundamentals he regards to and the rest comes alone.

He thinks his top spins,with forehand and backhand,has a lot of spin,more than a top spin from a normal player and he thinks that the most other players have a lot of problems with this spin.He doesn't play very hard but with a lot of spin and often because of that the opponent makes mistakes or he gets back very high balls which he can hit very hard and thats how his playing system is constructed.
