  • Thank you for such wonderful scientifically based & factual data!

  • OH food Inc. Such lovely propaganda.

  • Did you know ... It takes the human body 24 hours to turn food into shit ?? My mom can do this in 15minutes !

  • If you dont care about your health and want a short fat life. Do what you want...

  • Wow wasting one protein for less of another. We could keep more people alive with that soy! Yet greedy people want their beef. Hmh ....

  • @CRAZYmeANDskyhawk go vegetarian is all i can say ! :)

  • Who cares!!! Eat your damn food and shut the hell up!!!!

  • Just had a Big Mac. I think I'll have another one for dinner. Yum. This movie is just full of crap (well about 80% of crap). Throw in some truth in an ocean of lies and people starting believing the lies.

  • @jamaljk85 Please do us all a BIG favor and eat all the damned Big Macs you can!!!!!!!

  • check out freight farms on kickstarter , its what we need right now

  • I watched this in my 4th period class. I was angry as fuck cause we couldnt watch the whole thing we just watched like 15 minutes of it

  • @noobchoker11 That's weird... Me, too.

  • I just ate Mc-donalds..... time to go purge.

  • When will you tell the truth instead on a bunch on political junk!?

  • VOTE WITH YOUR WALLET, BUY FROM LOCAL FARMERS MARKETS, AND READ LABELS!

  • @Satatik667 if only most of us were that smart..thats what i keep saying...it changed my health for the good

  • Because not wrapping meat in a plastic and mass producing won't bring the cost at all >_>

Isn't it better that our food be chemically engineered and mass produced, but sold at a lower cost so that a less-fortunate family can afford it. If all cows that were slaughtered had their own private fields to graze in, that doesn't help the family that's hungry and needs a decent meal. At the end of the day, I'll eat a fake tomato if it means that I can afford it.

  • Made anyone else want a burger? No, just me then?

  • The shopping cart always has 1 bad wheel...

and it usually pulls to the right.

  • THERE IS HOPE! Discover Beyond Organic

    search for beyondorganicinsider

become an insider my code is enroller=29873

Watch Jordan Rubin present how their beef is better than certified organic. Did you know certified organic is only 30% grass fed!? And if they still eat GMO corn and soy but don’t get the antibiotics doesn’t that make them even sicker than feedlot beef! sign in and Watch the details

  • Watch "Earthlings" on youtube, its alot more detailed in how they treat the animals, and its alot more sadder than this

  • this is for vegans meat still comes with bones but im watching this vid in my 7th periond cooking class so i was checking it out and my teacher also has the book i think she is obsessed with this

  • how the fuck can we still be eating all this bullshit?

  • I don't remember where I heard this but it rings so true after seeing this. "It's not about the quality of the food, it's about how it looks." I see food markets in places like Egypt and the middle east and China even and when I see them I think, that's scary you don't know whose touched that food and where it's been. Now I'm more scared of our food markets then theirs. At least you know their foods 100% natural.

  • I'm vegetarian!!! Good 4 me! Nobody cares though... So... Checkcheckachoechow

  • Watch 'Earthlings' on YouTube, the whole movie free, and your life will change for ever. Food Inc. Is a Disney movie compared to Earthlings :) it's really sad though ;(

  • Whether civil rights, or energy crisis, everything in history has been a slow process with the same ingredients ( or algorithms if you will): The People vs. a corrupted system + fight for cause = change. / In other words, it's old hat to us

  • Is there anything i can eat?? LOL

  • @kannoos75 yes, there is and the best r d nuts.

  • If you are furious about Smithfield Packing Co. - the way they treat illegal immigrants, call and leave a voicemail for Kira Lombardo. You have to ask the person that pick up the phone for Kira's voicemail box, because Kira herself is avoiding calls like that. After you mention the documentary to her, she pretends you have the wrong person. Yeah, she does not introduce herself when you reach her to talk personally. That makes it easy for her to play "This is not Kira" game.767 365 3000

  • ****Worldwide Plant Fruit Trees in 2011***** Fruit trees saved many from starvation during the great depression. If everyone in this world does their part and just plants one fruit tree, it could save lives. We dont know what our world will be like in two years from now.

  • 6.99 for land of lakes this video is so god dam fake

  • Do yourself a big favour >Go Vegan<

  • I tried to stay away from all meats and as today, I could care less because there is no way out. Everything is contaminated and we are part of it.

I eat what I like and the rest is history...

I do not go to McDonalds, and that is not because the food is bad, but becuase I do not like to support them. I make my own food at home and go out to eat Thai food.

    Good or bad, go figure.

God Bless this Earth and all of us in it.

  • I think yall are bull shittin I just had a wonderful dinner I made full of meat and veggies yum :-P

  • I've been slowly making changes to my diet for the better

  • Theres fecal matter in tainted meat, even in untainted meat there is a small amount.

  • @lessmessful i agree 100 percent, id rather be a hippie then a animal murderer

  • go vegan if you care about the suffering these innocent animals wil lendure at the slaughterhouse for your taste buds.

  • The industry will change when the consumers demand it.

  • @ChildLikeEmpress86 just like the French and Olestra! They don't let anything slip by. We are too complacent

  • come watch me, a dog, eat ALL KINDS OF FOOD!

  • Does anyone know where to find this movie?

  • @pboisei watchdocumentary.tvcheck it out

  • watchdocumentary.tv

  • @pboisei Instant play on Netflix...if you have that.

  • @ASacredSpirit I just watched it last night on a humbug.I changed my diet two months ago to eat for my bloodtype (A) and that means no meat and I havent felt better. My concern is the fruits and vegetables. The film touched on the spinach and E coli connection but I was hoping to learn more about it.Will research more myself. Luckily I live close to three local farms who sell at the Farmer's Market every Saturday.I am calling them to order a dozen of eggs for my family. Costs $4 but worth it

  • @pboisei I know you can find it on Amazon.com... Also I beleive you can order or find it at Barnes and Noble's book store.

  • I need to buy a house on huge property and grow my own garden and eat my own food.

  • This movie is the reason im a vegetarian. Haha

  • terrific!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is all about the truth personaly i dont have a choice.........i have to eat @least to live to day not tomorrow!!!!!

  • It is really hard to tell when comments are responding to a previous comment or to the contents of the segment of the film shown. Most of these comments do not resonate with what the film is demonstrating in its entirety. Are some people just watching this segment without much focus at all and perhaps without any previous thought to this and coming up with many of these wrongheaded comments? I suggest that any one commenting, watch the whole thing before trying to comment.

  • This is to true. I've never known the truth until now. Everyone deserves to know what we are giving ourselves. Join the movement, what ever age you are.How would you like to be treated like these animals are treated? Ignorance is not bliss, it's the big food product's way of controlling you. If your reading this comment to see how good this video is, you HAVE TO WATCH IT!!!!

  • @vmanstacovan If you think you know the truth after watching this biased, misleading film, you are easily deceived. Do your own independent research. For example, this film takes extreme cases and presents it as normal practice.

  • Many people watch your videos, why not post your link to EZHUH.COM get paid for the people watch and make videos.

  • @lessmessful Fine

  • @lessmessful go hug a tree

  • This is a movie that demonizes efficiency without thinking of the consequences it will have on every day life. In an ideal world, knowing our food sources were good and clean would be great. It just isn't practical.

  • @TheKevinhowes

=D I like the way you try to cover this shit with "efficiency". million of tons of food are wasted in Europe and America (of course in Asia too, but less). This "efficiency" provides people a food that leads to addiction to sugar and create new kind of bugs and viruses...

The consequence of a more "self conciouss" world population would bring to a... cannot find the words in english, but it would give a democracy from the lower social layer, and not to the lobbies. Please think.

  • Hi everyone, After watching this movie and thinking about it for a long time I have decided to stop eating at fast food places like KFC, Burger King and stopped eating meat all the time. I still eat meat but not every day and I buy locally so I know that meat is healthy. If you are a vegetarian then that's great but if you are not you can still learn a lot from this video. What I have learned is eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, less eating out and know where you get your meat.

  • Avoid Eating Anything From China!!

  • Its simple folks, humans and animals for that matter were NEVER MEANT to eat GRAIN. If you eat grain you WILL SUFFER from all types of ailments - diabetes, heart disease, high bp, babies with four eyes, etc. Eat Paleo - the solution with 2.9 MILLION years of research behind it.

  • shutup and be glad you have something to satisfy your hunger....

  • Charlie and the Choclate factory music FTW!

  • @lessmessful Some people enjoy their slavery

  • i think we all need to calm down for a sec

  • Wow.

  • @lessmessful - hippies are total retard morons i know....i was one...buyers remorse...biggest bunch of no brain sell out hippocrates ever.. the CIA got em....tricky dick was right. (dont laugh...i mean richard nixon)

  • The truth is, people, is that our earth was never intended to support such a population. It's hard to face it, but our world population kept digging and digging deeper into the hole until now, chemical food is our only solution. I try to stay away from it, even becoming a vegan, but I now realize that even veggies are as chemical-ridden as meat products are. There's no way out of the mess...

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV You actually have it pegged pretty good. But modern agriculture is safer than agriculture of 50+ years ago---contrary to what this movie claims.

Trust me--the foods are NOT "laden" with chemicals. Some of the stuff out there makes it sound like we are running around blasting everything we see with a pesticide. That isn't how it works. Generally speaking, we farmers are pretty careful what chemical and how much we apply. I eat my own product without hesitation.

  • Comment removed

  • @bigplaneboeing No, bigplaneboeing, I am saying what I know based on 40 years of experience in production agriculture. What is claimed in books and films of this type simply isn't the norm. These people are only slightly more reliable that those who promote that the government is purposely spraying us with poisonous contrails. Be organic if you want, but don't do it because of this movie, because it is innaccurate and misleading.

  • Comment removed

  • @bigplaneboeing There is nothing wrong with organic. I am saying from experience not to use what is claimed in this movie, and by books/movies of this type as a reason to be organic. This doesn't jive with my experience. The pictures shown in the movie, the statements made in the movie, are the rare exception and not the rule. I have been on large feedlots, large dairies, large farms for extended periods of time.

  • @bigplaneboeing Mr. Bigplaneboeing, I can also tell you that I raise an organic garden, and farm conventionally (ie: spraying). I eat and feed my family from either. Lets just say I know the difference between a pyrethroid and an organophosphate. I have had my cholinesterase tested. I've sent my product several times to a lab to have it tested for chemical residue. I have participated and have neighbors who participate in farmers markets (natural and conventional)..... (continued)

  • @bigplaneboeing (continued) I won't hesitate to buy food from a farmers market, but I can say, based on decades of experience, that I am firmly convinced that large, factory-type of operations provide safer, more consistent food. I also know, from a lifetime personal friend who works on a 100,000+ feedlot, that they have invested more on their kill floor than a small butcher will make in a lifetime---for the SOLE purpose that the animal is not startled or uncomfortable at the time (cont)

  • @vioreg What does that mean "consistant" food. When every tomato looks exactly the same because all the life has been manufactured out, that's not food. As far as I'm concerned, gigantic supermarkets carry mostly processed plastic "food" and garbage that no one should be eating. If our food is so healthy and good for you why the unprecedented obesity rate??

  • @AlanahBellydance Reasons for obesity: 1) Over-eating the wrong kinds of food too often. HFCS is a cheap sugar, and too much sugar (in any form) is not healthy. 2) People are lazy and dont' get enough excercise. 3) Food is cheaper than ever before in history, and in abundance.

  • Comment removed

  • @AlanahBellydance Hi Alanah. One example of consistent is my farming neighbor who raises tomatoes in a greenhouse for grocery stores. He rasies tomatoes year around. Each plant is spaced the exact same apart, each plant is given the exact same amount of light and fertlizer. If vine ripened, his tomatoes taste as good as my vine ripened organic tomatoes I raise in my garden--and he can raise the majority of them to the size the consumer wants to buy.

  • @bigplaneboeing (cont) of the kill. They do not want an adrenaliine rush. Same in dairies. They do not want the animal startled or abused. Another lifetime personal friend (dairyman) stated to me his employees better never hit a cow with anything harder than a rolled up towel, or there will be hell to pay.

Abuse does happen, but it is not the norm. Some people are just jerks, whether they are caregivers at a farm, hospital, or care center----they abuse their subjects. No excuse.

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV actually it can sustain the pop, problem is poorer countries which also have more pop have too less resources available, while wealthier countries which also have smaller pop proportionally speaking waste too much.ive read somewere that the unsold(you know,1 day old bread or something) or food which isnt eaten entirely from italy could feed the statving part of ethiopian pop.i think we could theoretically take care of all the people with natural food, but chemical one is cheaper

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV well there is a way out, grow your own plants in a garden !

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV Brilliant comment, I completely agree. However an even more disgusting part is with the invention of Industrial food, we still don't have enough. We have well off suburban homes so we often forget the reality that we still have starving people in Africa , Southern America, even in the U.S. or England any other superpowers our planet cannot afford to feed.

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV

I think there is: Stop buying from supermarket products of big societies. Once a population will be united, it will have the power to choose what food to use, what technology to research on, everything.

But people are easily leaded towards non-important subject like pop music and entartaining. 1,100,000 persons took a decision (77 of them are fat McDonalds customers).

Anyway chemicals doesn't mean bad, as much as you respect nature. So there is a choice, I've already made it.

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV Have you heard of organic food? ;)

If you are a vegan and eat organic, then you are doing a major thing for our planet!

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV

The world has enough food for 14 lbs. per person per day. The problem is not production, it is supply. We can support this number of people, but can't continue to demand limes in November in Maine. We have to eat seasonally and locally.

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV There is a way out of this mess: Growing your own food.

I know it's not for everyone but I personally enjoy gardening.

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV

    population drop is the solution

    voluntary 1-2 child policy

    even child licences market

  • @GohanMH1

that is people who do not want to procreate or can't have children could sell their licence or two to others who'd like to have more kids at market set price...assuming demand would be big, this would furthermore distribute wealth

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV and imagine if the holocaust never happened.... just sayn imagine how many ppl would be in our population

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV then try growing your own!

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV But Vegan is good for the animals at least. And you can grow your own food when the season is right. There also has to be more opposition and legislature against overpopulating policies such as tax cuts for those with kids instead of the other way around. That way more natural food can be regrown again.

  • @VIwavesofmusicIV Then we should legalize abortion, everywhere for free.

  • Well, I'd rather have chemical food than no food.

With the ever increasing world population we need big corporations to make a lot of food in a very efficient way to provide enough for everybody.. And the makers of this movie would propably be the first ones to cry out loud if the tomato on their burger was missing.

  • this is horrible almost everything we eat is chemical made

  • @lessmessful I kill animals for the fun of it. Then waste the flesh. Then Brag about it on YouTube

    :D :D :D :D :D

  • Imagine if this movie could proclaim this: “Factory farms and chemicals kill over a million people, and destroys up to a hundred million acres of farmland.” Yep, that DID really happen. However, it refers to “organic” type of farming, and refers to the Great Famine of Ireland, that could have been prevented with pesticides. It also refers to the Dust Bowl, which affected Canada and America. All before chemicals and modern farming practices.

I'm proud of our modern farming practices!

  • @lessmessful Four elements for murder: (1) Unlawful, (2) Killing (3) human being (4) with malice aforethought. Well, one out of four doesn't make it murder. We may disagree on what is brutal and moral, but you can't simply hijack a term with a specific definition just because you are emotional about it. You see, lessmessful, you are cheapening human life by doing so.

  • Seems to me like all it takes to get people in a tizzy these days is making a documentary about the big, evil multi-national corporations. Listen people, these companies which you so love to hate have reduced price, increased choice and provided employment for millions of people over the past century. The health problems facing the US today are first and foremost a result of the poor choices of individuals. Also, the welfare of cows and chickens frankly does not concern me :O

  • @ace625 your ignorance is astounding lets forget the welfare of animals and food quality and look at it purely from a food as fuel perspective, THE FOOD IS IN EFFECTIVE! Its is potentially damaging to our health and our survival as a species! Damage to organs ,fertility and the genetics of our food as a whole indefinitely are all very real posibilities and your fobbing it off becuase people are speaking out and you against a "evil corporation" what if they are incidious and nobody says anything?

  • @Strange0neThis documentary goes beyond educating people about what they're eating though...it accuses these corporations of wrong-doing. If we are going to punish companies for trying to sell their products through appealing advertising and not explicitly demonstrating to its consumers every step involved in the production of its products then we might as well give up on free enterprise all together.Alternatives to mass produced food do exist and its up to the INDIVIDUAL to educate themselves.

  • @ace625 HOW FORTHCOMING IS THE INFORMATION THAT CONSUMERS NEED TO EDUCATETHEMSELVES WITH......True personal responsability is the key too it all but the path to enlightenment on any topic is having the first step presented to you.. People are ill informed by the infrastructure that is in place to educate them...historically your father mother grandfather.................

  • @ace625 .......................would teach you in your tribe and experience would be passed on by the previous generation that is no longer the case and education is left to the schools. Free enterprise does not need to colapse just because it is criticised there are very very acceptable modifications to it for example actual independant third parties regulating markets. Monsanto currently controll 95% of the grain production in the us how is that a "FREE MARKET"??

  • @Strange0ne You said "Monsanto currently controll 95% of the grain production in the us how is that a "FREE MARKET"??"

Will you please explain that to me? I don't think your statement is correct, could you please cite some sources? (preferrably verifiable and unbiased).

  • monsanto evil

  • Although people should inform themselves about the food industry, Southparkateer2 does have a point. The health and well-being of humans is much more important than those of animals. Anyone who says that a chicken and a person are equal is ridiculous.

  • @bffkitty relivant but allowing that to be a veil for producers to hide behind is not acceptable. There is no need to battery feed chickens and pump them with steriods and antibiotics ect...it is not good for them and more importantly as you are stating it is not good for us humans to be eating gm food hormonally treated food pesticide ladened food that afects our physiology! Pesticides are estrogenic do you know how the work on deterring instects?THEY STERALISE THEM so they do not reproduce!

  • @Strange0ne Your comments are not correct. Just a heads up, there are MANY different modes of action on pesticides, depending which pesticide is chosen. I choose my pesticide based on effectiveness AND safety, I'm not familiar with the ones that "STERALISE THEM," can you be so kind as to mention which one that is? I operate a family farm and proudly show visitors anything they would like to see at any time.

  • @lessmessful i totally agree, hippies are from the sixties. I was in 1990 lol

  • I just saw this movie and I'm shocked! I'm really thankful to the creators of this movie Food Inc. You guys deserve a lot of credit for raising the curtain! Thank you so much! And, I would like to thank the farmers who stepped forward for the interview, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you guys are WONDERFUL! How many of us really stand to the truth? How many of us really come forward? These farmers are brave! Now people, please stop eating McDonalds, KFC, etc. Learn something, would u?

  • How much ignorant these fools can get, these business people (food manufacturers) are polluting the whole food chain. Aren't these bastards scared of affecting themselves because they are gonna eat the same shit? What the fuck do these bastards eat btw? I don't get it, they sell poisoned food and they eat the same shit and then run to a hospital with tumors in their head and cancer in their body. Where the fuck are these bastards taking us?

  • @kozeel Shut the fuck up,you don't know anything! You wont be saying that when you die from E. coli.

  • @fifthknown What? Do you understand English language? Read what I wrote once again. I'm "OPPOSING" what these food companies are doing with our food. READ AGAIN WHAT I WROTE.

  • I watched this movie on health class..it amazed me yet its still revolting and open-eyed to what are they feeding us

  • While I was watching this my dad snoared and it sounded like ''mooooo''...

  • @petrinahall Yeah, I'm sure that information helped millions ..

  • @kozeel It did.

  • It's amazing isn't it? Revolting is more like it. Whenever I try to tell people about this stuff and they dismiss me as some kind of tree hugger, I just say, look at the ingredients in anything around your house. All human engineered corn shit and animal parts. And I'm always right.

  • After watching this movie for my health class last summer i was literally scared of all the secrets these food corporations had. I mean it really opened my eyes to this stuff and everything around me. Its just shocking and unreal to hear.

Thats why i enjoy documentaries because it opens my eyes to things that i never thought possible or believable.

  • Life expectancy is longer now than it's ever been, and the world's population is higher now than it's ever been. The food industry has grown and evolved so much that it is able to feed 300 million Americans every day. When food chemicals start killing people off at age 40 maybe this film will have some relevance in a global society that has a number of actual real problems...until then gfy.

  • @mwdorulla Actually, for the first time in two centuries, the current generation of children in America may have shorter life expectancies than their parents. The prevalence and severity of obesity is so great, especially in children, that the associated diseases and complications - Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, kidney failure, - are likely to strike people at younger and younger ages. This is projected to reduce lifespan by 2-5 years and be a huge strain on our healthcare system and economy.

  • what's the name of the song?

  • ATTENTION EVERYONE.

I would like for all of you to watch Earthlings, it's on YouTube or you can watch it for FREE on the Earthlings Website. If you thought Food Inc was sad or informative, just wait until you see Earthlings--the things we don't know about OUR Food Industry sickens me, but the Movement isn't about actually doing something, right now the Mission is to spread the Word, so watch Earthlings NOW--educate yourself, and be aware of the World that you Live in.

  • @LatinoHeatMexico Thanks! I was looking for this film and Netflix doesn't have it.Good indication that it is a really informative film.

  • We are crossing some serious ideological and economical

Problems, at the moment, and this simply isn't one of them...

Mass production of meat is a great thing that allows it's price to lower...

And though sad, 2 E-coli deaths don't justify changing a hugely cheaper diet …

  • @Southparkateer2 So put simply, you don't have a problem with supporting an industry which, through blatant disregard of food safety practices, was able to produce food which is not safe to eat which resulted in death, when clearly that is the opposite of what you expect to be paying for? You would happily buy food which does have a risk of contamination?

  • @MrJaiLeeworthy 2 E-coli deaths in a multi-national industry isn't enough to

concern me about what i'm eating that could easily happen by a local farmer

which happened to have a contaminated source of water, near is farm...

This is a highly organized industry that allows prices to lower thanks to its

mass production methods... I concider myself an activist in some way's and

support many of the views shared in "zeitgeist", dont know if you know it, and

this simply isn't relevant, in my opinion.

  • And for what i understood one of the main concerns in this

Documentary were the conditions in which chickens and cows lived,

Jesus fucking Christ Stop being such hippies, thats the least of our concerns

  • If you have a low income you eat what is available or starve. Since organic produce is so expensive.

  • thumbs up if after being showed this movie in class by your ridiculously hippy teacher you went to In N Out and ordered a double double with onions, animal fries and a neapolitan milkshake

  • Glad I don't eat meat

    BURRNN!!

  • Its really sad, how they kill these ani nmals

  • I started culinary school a year ago, and my chef had us watch this film, and I quit eating fast-food cold turkey. Ever since, I made my family watch it, and for a year we haven't touched fast food. I believe Food Inc. should be required in the public health education system. If these kids actually watched it, I could guarantee that at least 30% of Americas kids would look at what they were eating, and if they didn't quit, they would at least cut back on their eating habits.

  • Yet we are living longer than in any point in human history.

  • @ssoonn88 no shit? How is that relevant to anything here? Dumbass.

  • @StraightOuttaLumby sorry to upset you! the relevance is that the documentary makes claims that the food we eat are making us sick. i thought it was relevant to say that we are living longer which can be thought of has rebutting this claim

  • @ssoonn88 living longer is due to multiple factors not just food...

  • @Darusdei very true

  • @ssoonn88 That is not true. Quite far from it actually. Before mankind went from a plant based diet to an animal based diet humans used to live up to 150 years old. Just like monkeys, who also do not eat meat. Meat is shortening our lifespan and it is the leading cause of diabetes, stroke, heart disease, cancer, etc etc.

  • @kimokalihi That's very interesting and I've never heard of that, please share if you know of the scientific journal that claims this

  • @kimokalihi Mankind never went from plant to meat based. Man is an omnivore with a speciality in eating meat. Vegetarians don't live longer, they just look older. Look at the inuit society, all they eat is fat and protein from meat, and yet they don't have diabetes, stroke, heart disease, cancer, etc etc. As far as I'm concerned being a vegetarian is suicide.

  • @organicmutts I'm sorry you choose to be so ignorant. Keep eating your meat then. So long as you're happy no need to worry about it. I quit eating meat just recently after reading some books and watching some documentaries and I continue to research anything that will lead to me living the healthiest life I can achieve. Already I feel much better. I've always been lacking in energy and couldn't understand why. Now I have much more energy and don't feel so tired all the time. I'll never go back.

  • @kimokalihi Ugh... Let's compare our digestive tract to that of a sheep (about the same size as a man), just to show you how far from being herbivores we are. A sheep has a stomach that can hold 8 gallons of food. This stomach has absolutely no hydrochloric acid in it (thus pH of 7.0, or close). A human stomach holds a pint to a quart of food, and has a pH of 1.5 to 2. Oops. Food in the sheep's stomach stays there for many days because it's a FERMENTATION VAT. Our little tummies are not.
