They're both brilliant and I've loved Coldplay since I was first introduced to them but I think that White Lies are actually better. There is only one band I've ever said that about and it was Muse. All three of them are amazing =D

That is a matter of taste, just because Coldplay is hyped doesn't mean they are good. But I will agree, Coldplay is good, but sertanly not one of the best bands ever, they have just got a really good marketing team and a good band ofcourse. And White lies is also a good band... but again, a matter of taste;)
