Poco's best work were their first 2 albums (Picking Up The Pieces and Poco); Richie Furay and Jim Messina were the standouts along with Rusty Young playing pedal steel.
A great song!!. Even though this masterpiece came out before I was born it brings back great memories. If only the music of today had the same feeling and insperation.
Saw them in '77 but didn't know who they were ... thought they were just a local band in one of the local pubs (only four of them, I think). I was so impressed, I thought they should be recording albums!! (I wasn't a country music fan in those days and seldom went to bars!)
Crazy Love is my favourite Poco song ... don't think they sang it that night though.
I've always loved their vocals and the message of hard, tough and good love.my wife nicknamed me Poco right after this album came out.

this is back when bands would sing music with feeling and emotion. today they sing about stuff that doesn't really matter.

This and 'Bad Weather' are two of my favorite Poco songs.
Oh yeah and "Keep On Tryin'" is another good one.
