  • why are you eating 600-800 calories per meal? you say your metabolism is high but i dont see a six pack meaning you still have fat on your stomach. id lose that first, get the six pack, then steadily use a weight gainer to add mass while maintaining the six pack.

  • you need to hit them heavy weights if you ever wanna put on quality mass...this thing is better for toning not so much building...but considering your lack of size i guess anything helps

    you are wrong. I am a 4 year muscle builder and calories are an essential part of a body builders consumption. I believe for every 300 calories there is like 5 grams of protein. Show us your guts and ability to post yourself on youtube, you won't will you?why? because you spend much of your time in good old mcdonalds.

  • i have watched a couple of your vids and u are far from elite let alone any type of trainer. you have almost no muscle even in you later vids. Also 11min workouts dont let you gain much muscle.
