That man with dirty face in background is not drunk, but actually mentally disabled person. After this video journalists of on russian newspaper ("komsomolskaya pravda") visited him. He lives with mother and not speaking at all. Walking with difficulties. After this they desided to collect money for him among readers of newspaper and realy positive response. They were able to collect some reasonable amount of money to ease his and his mother life.
