well no one can deny that size affects the power of the punch I tell ya and I dont mean buffed by this a bigger wing chun guy's punches will hurt more but yeah the speed decreases significantly when you work out in a gym and build buffed muscles

Lol..I was thinking the same thing myself.. He has too much previous karate training in him that never really goes away. That's why once you start in one art you should stick with it because the first one you learn is ultimately the first one that comes out in a real fight, the rest of the training will only confuse you more.
