@papacrow dude...before kenshin became a wanderer, he and saito fought each other lots of times and kenshin always used the blade side of the sword in order to kill saito but he couldn't. Saito is the only man kenshin will NEVER be able to defeat.

u guys are wrong, kenshin had been fighting with saito in kyoto several times as a battosai, saito is in same level like kenshin, he is the only few who can kill kenshin , Saito wasnt serious in this fight and didn't want to kill kenshin, until kenshin turned into battosai. He hurt sanosuke to prove that kenshin cant always protect his friends, well.. just watch anime/manga.

She wasn't annoying to me. Kaoru is like the scriptwriter's way of expressing how tragic it would be for Kenshin to go back to being a killing machine after he surpassed that stage and rose to a higher level of wisdom.

@barcakid101 though I know some people prefer dubbed anime, Kenshin IMO is wayyyy better when watched in japanese with subs. The japanese voice actors are just better suited to the characters than the english dub actors. This goes doubly for Trust and Betrayal, the OVA - the dub on Trust and betrayal is horrible. Even though Himura's voice is acted by a woman, the japanese audio is simply superior.

You know Saito doesnt stand a chance against the real kenshin...heres proof...kenshin hit him in the back of saitos neck with his reverse blade...if that blade was reversed...saito would be headless. Also having a reveseblade sword slows your sword movement than having a normal sword.
