The Israeli's are stopping the rockets. As of last week, Hamas was firing 70 rockets per day into Israel. As of yesterday, there were only 17 rockets fired into Israel. The Israeli's are stopping the rockets. As of last week, Hamas was firing 70 rockets per day into Israel. As of yesterday, there were only 17 rockets fired into Israel. By the end of the ground invasion, the rocket attacks will cease. Israel must keep applying military pressure to protect against the rocket attacks.

Of the three groups who claim to have the interests of the Palestinians at hand, (Hezbollah, Hamas, and Fateh) the Fateh party is the only one who the world community is willing to accept. Most Palestinians who inhabit Gaza can't speak out against Hamas for fear of reproach. The Fateh party is the future. Once they gain control of Gaza, the world will embrace the Palestinians.

On another point, the rockets that Hamas fire are inefficient and ineffective for the most part. The only thing they really do is provoke military reaction by Israel, the dominant military power in the region.
If Hamas had the best interests of the Palestinians at heart, they would embrace the peace process and move forward in a positive direction by building a strong society within Gaza.
Instead they rule their own people by fear and intimidation and make life miserable.

Israel didn't call upon their ENTIRE pool of reservists and the reason it takes long to remove Hamas is because Hamas are fighting a guerilla war/using children as meat shields. More israeli soldiers means better sweeping ability to flush out Hamas members. Considering the fact Hamas is starting to talk about a cease-fire I'd say they are starting to feel their losses.

Israel never announced victory, merely said it was nearing it's goals - drastically decrease missiles fired at Israeli civilians. They killed 100's of Hamas 'fighters' (sadly also a lot of Palestinian civilians - but hey it comes with Hamas using their own as meat shields). Hamas withdrew from cease-fire at last moment coz they didn't want to give up weapon smuggling tunnels as per contract and unlike Israel were against international peace keeping force. Let me give you some specific research that absolutely blasts without a doubt your deluded rational - look into the works of Pappe who is a well-respected historical scholar of Israel. He is pro-Israel and his conclusions, evidence etc are irrefutable - that Israel exiled hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.

'palestinians' to leave Israel in 1948 so they could more easily massacre the 1/2 million Jews there. Arab states expelled c.1 million Jews (700,000 fled to Israel) after stealing all their worldy goods. Israel has 1.5 million Arab citizens with full democratic rights; 22 Arab states are Judenrein (free of Jews) & will soon be Christianrein

Firstly, you need to acquaint yourself with history as you clearly have little understanding of the historical or political basis for the formation of the state of Israel, which by the way was approved by the UN in 1948 and this approval included neighbouring arab nations. With regard to enforcing international law, you first have to be subject to it if you wish to be recognised by it.
