As a Bay Area transplant to Spokane who has heard more than his share of comparisons between the two cities, I gotta say that those people come off as ignorant snobs, even though they may not be. I came from a 'cooler' place, but I dont think of it like that. What you make of it is everything.
most poorly managed city in Eastern Washington...like a 3rd world nation with it's destroyed roads in the Winter, etc. At least the Tri-Cities keeps there roads pothole free..
