It's good to dream but we once awaken from sleep then we'll realized that it's just a dream..I dont see in near future for such development in any part of Afghanistan.. Not until we have a free hand and power to run our own land and law.

1 - Karzai is noone to have such big projects

2 - they just want to rebuild old commercial silk road to modern silk road

3 - Karzai did not decide to build this new city

4 - The project is in progress, maybe you didn't know but afghanistan has perfect geographical position to have higher economy then this.

5 - afghans like you need to learn to respect what their people trying to build.
