This looks like it was great fun!! I' m also interested in doing work experience at a haven camp, and was just wondering what you did about travel? did you stay on the park by yourself or did you travel everyday? :)

If you want to apply for work experience as a funstar you need to write to the Entertainments Manager at the park you want, and ask if they will allow you on park for the dates you want. In our case this wasn't possible so we chose to do it over the Easter Holidays. You need to apply a long time in advance as the park can only take 1 WE placement at a time.

No Craig was at DC the year before I did my work experience but I did know him from his previous year on the park.

Hi i've been emailing the ents manager who then told me to contact head office about it(not Devon Cliffs) but when you sent a letter saying when and if they would let you do that on the park was it less hassle and did they respond quicker

Hi im lee, i did my work exsperience at haven when i was in year 10 i did it at haven - thorpe park cleethorpes and all you need to do is fone the park or capsite up

Its just the mix Haven Devon Cliffs use for their Boogie with the Funstars which I think is unique to the Park/staff. Yes my daughter wants to be a fun star and no she wasn't tired - she loved every minute LOL
