Amazing how Susan's story is identical to mine. As a result of Rheumatic Fever I had Mitral Valve Stenosis. In 1988 Open Heart Surgery repaired the valve (reopening without replacing) In 2000 I got Atrial Fib. I was electronically zapped a few times, but now live happy and symptom free on oral medications.
