  • The main thing is cardiovascular. 3 rounds of 5 minutes a piece on the heavy bag will most likely knock the wind out of you. A workout isn't going to be enough to get toned for next year. Lots of workouts and dieting right will help you get toned. Always start off stretching real good, and maybe a run or a jog. Then hit your workouts. You'll notice a good difference.

  • I need movitation for a good workout. Where do you go, and how long are your drills? I would like to get toned for next year.
