I used to have a video of myself doing chin-ups, with my chair. I used a seatbelt and footbelt. I could easily get up the stairs, with a seatbelt keeping me in the chair. This is a very clever idea, just not for dainty girls...or boys.

@themiff Please note that with my ratchet system it is quite possible for "dainty" people to get up flights of stairs. I've seen it.
