I think we should go a step further than just registering. They should be required to serve a minimum of 8 years in the army or marines. During that time they are not allowed to have ANY felonies, children or involved in any way with anti-American groups such as Mecha, La Raza etc. Any violation automatically bans that individual and ALL members of that person's family (extended and immediate) from ever applying for citizenship.

Once the child is born on American soil, he or she instantly attains U.S. citizenship. I believe, it would be easier now to fill those jobs in this economy. In order to compete in a global economy, companies need cheap labor, or the outsourcing of cheap labors. Just some thoughts on illegal immigration. I feel that this would solve ALL of the problems in America - economic, social, defense, judicial etc. We (LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS) would no longer have to watch our tax dollars go to waste on criminal illegals. Our economy would get a much needed boost by eliminating the costs associated with illegals - housing, feeding, medical and educational.For too long have we carried the line for these ILLEGAL leechs. Time for them to pick up the tab they have.

And further be banned from ever applying for citizenship. Any illegal that fails to complete 8 yrs of ACTIVE service will immediately deported with their family. Any illegal that protests these new laws will be shipped back to their country of origin with their immediate and extended family members. If a conditional citizen is involved in more than 2 court cases (regardless of reason) will be deported immediately with their immediate and extended families.

Any illegal that completes the 8 yr requirement will become a conditional citizen. Based on the condition that he or she NEVER has ANY connections with Mecha or La Raza, does not become a burden to the taxpayers and is not convicted of ANY felonies. They will have the right to vote. Any conditional citizen that has to file for bankruptcy within the first 10 yrs of citizenship will be sent back to their country of origin along with their family.

Any illegal refusing to take these steps towards citizenship will be shipped back to their country of origin at the cost of their country and their immediate and extended families will be sent back with them and further be banned from ever applying for citizenship. Our National Guard troops will be stationed along the borders with orders to shoot to kill any illegals crossing the border.

I think we should go a step further than just registering. They should be required to serve a minimum of 8 years in the army or marines. During that time they are not allowed to have ANY felonies, children or involved in any way with anti-American groups such as Mecha, La Raza etc. Any violation automatically bans that individual and ALL members of that person's family (extended and immediate) from ever applying for citizenship.

Once the child is born on American soil, he or she instantly attains U.S. citizenship. Not only are the parents almost always allowed to stay, but since they have no income, the baby is eligible for welfare, WIC, Food Stamps, etc.--all at the expense of the great American taxpayer.

We need action on illegal immigration immediately. 10% unemployment and largely due to illegals taking the jobs from americans. The time is now to round up these criminals and deport. If they attempt to come back in again they should be executed. These cockroaches are ruining our great country. Maybe we should take all our prisoners and drop them off in the middle of mexico city. That would offset some of the cost of supporting these illegals here.

Actually I fail to see why anyone thinks someone who is already refusing to "register" in any other way required to be here legally, would suddenly fill out a draft card.

I would prefer the U.S. to mirror Canada Immigration Laws which favor Professionnals, Scientists, or in other words Skilled Workers who will help the country advance economically as opposed to the preference of the illlegals who drained the economy. As far as illegals allow me to buy cheap, you have to realize this insanity of a nonsense coming from companies in order to remain relevant in a global economy where cheap labors abound, they themselves need to compete at the same level. A company can not subsist when its expenses exceed its profits. How do you overcome that, cheap labor and longer hours. Companies are then cutting cost by hiring a larger workforce that comes with longer hours and cheap pay.

Our problems have very little to do with illegals.
Job losses were caused by market bubbles like the housing market bubble. These were caused by the government manipulation of the market. When you look at the damage done by our own government then whatever damage done by immigrants seem tiny in comparison.
Immigrants, illegal or legal are only a problem when the economy is bad or if your living in a welfare (socialist) state.
