When I was a teacher, one school did have a wuzzy pc version of the story. In that version the grasshopper sang for his supper during the winter as the ant children felt sorry for him. That is the right wings idea of how provision will be made in their "big society".

@captainbollocks 'cos u r 2lazy & irresponsible to take care of the needy you would rather enslave the entire society by granting the government the (illegal) right to steal (in the form of taxation). What you libs dont realize is that the price of that irresponsibility is high. Governments are unaccountable even in a functioning democracy. They will steal from you and give it to their cronies. If you really care about the needy, take care of them yourself, dont leave it to the government
