It's not like he's raiding in the video, or pvping. He's just farming. Nobody completely buffs up while they are simply farming. You just don't need to. You might kill things 1 second earlier as a DK if you use horn of winter.
Haha, I remember this place, I used to farm there on my DK when I got him to 80 close after start of WOTLK. It was a great place for the first month or so and then more people came. But by that time, I'd already gotten myself 16k gold, enough to buy my epic flying mount for the DK and for my hunter as well. lol
