Actually, that is a good way to work the bag, he is tapping it and working on form instead of whaling on it. I've seen a lot of really good boxers do it that way, it is in between shadow boxing and heavy bag work.
tramp i saw your vid, youre worse than this guy. at least he throws his punches straight you slap yours like a girl. looks like your going to break a wrist. he plants his feet and has balance. youre all over the place like a balerini with a seizure. he throws the punches he wants when he wants. you basically throw the same stupid simple combination every time. you also drop your right hand down to your hip when you throw it.

just as i was taught too, the art of perfect form, and when i hit the bag, pop it, dont push. now im nowhere at this guys level, but he is the shit.
