Honestly an idol doesnt have to say hi to his/her fans, its pretty much at his/her will, not a rule. But either way, even when he was on the phone Sungmin did acknowledge the fans, you can see he nodded his head a couple of times.

my first reaction with this vid is.....gosh sungmin is to greedy with his face, but after readng the comments i agree with you guys... he needs privacy as well...he was being mobbed....poor him....sorry for the wrong judgement btw...

They shouldn't follow him, especially when he's trying to get away from them. I think this is going too far. A mob could soon start following them and ask for their autographs or such...

Some fans are waaaaaaaaay to cruel to him. Sure its good to see sungmin but geez give him some space D; And besides.. If you would actually DO the elevator thing, he might get pissed about it and get some security first.. And those people are just plain bitchy basterds :[
