  • i do kettlebell workouts as well and 5 minutes of kettlebell non stop is alot if your effort is there, espically good if this is a warm up

  • need some adjustment on form to be more efficient.

  • @StrengthFromAbove83 There is always room for adjustments to the various components of a technique. A never ending process that you should never think you have perfected.
