I don't know if any of you understand French, but what the developer was saying at the end was there are numerous ways to actually kill the villain in the house - there's a revolver hidden somewhere in the house, and there are other ways to kill him too. Also you can die and if you die it's not game over, the story continues minus one of the main characters. Pretty cool!

See, thats the reason I want to buy it, not because its a long QTE. But because its like a movie. I was a huge fan of Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit, which was created by the director of Quantic Dream, (the one banging on about how revolutionary it is), and this is about the same thing. A long movie, its not whether or not it will be a good game, but whetehr or not it will be a good movie.

in a way I agree with you. Reactionary gameplay was done a long long time ago with the sega cd in games like dragons lair. Where you press the right buttons at the right time. It just seems they take it a step further so you can actually walk around in the environment and control it. I like this game for the strong narrative, I applaud it Other than that it seems the ps3 has taken one step back a lot of these games are incorporating reactionary gameplay, something that went out with the sega cd.

thats a good thing cuz then you'll have ANOTHER story...the story doens't just stop if one person dies. Thats why this game has excellent replay value...You can choose to keep trying for new ways to start and end the story.

So there could potentially by around 10 different endings to this game if you consider the fact the characters can die and you can continue the story, and then add the fact that maybe, depending on what combination of characters remain alive at the end, we could see a different side of the story. Real cool.
