This is actually the Skye Boat song with an "e", named after an island off the coast of Scotland. It recalls the escape of Bonnie Prince Charlie. It is an interesting choice for a Canadian girl, but nicely sung.

@70CobraJet429 We have have a book that we get to pick from. I have to sing one song in another language so I will use the Huron Carol in French (Jesu Ahatonia) and then I chose these two because I compete in the Kiwanis festival in April and 2 of the classes are Folk classes so I can use these as well.
