The reason it actually works so well with the video is because Tensei wrote it as a remix of descend, judging by how perfect it fits, it's probably written for the flash too.

This is too close to not be on purpose, it does lose a bit of spirit after jack and bro's fight, but then when in shows the meteor approaching Jade's house the music is very similar. And the countdown to the reckoning in the ectobiology lab ticks on both :13 and :14 which if you fuse those you get 13:14, the exact track length for the full cascade song. Though this is more likely a lucky coincidence.
