They have hardly anything of StarFox Adventures in there, and you know it was a good game for a number of reasons

It was the begining of Krystal being in the series

the last game RareWare did with Nintendo

I think the reason they didn't use this was because it was made by Rare, which was sold to Microsoft...

so a lot of legal shit and whatnot

But Rare left all of Star Fox's rights to Nintendo.

the point is tho...rare is now an asset of Xbox, and thus any game with Rare's name on it is a product of Microsoft. Nintendo may have the right to StarFox, but that doesn't mean they can use anything from Adventures...

hence why Dinosaur Planet is Sauria in Assault

But you have to consider that the whole DK Country series was also created by Rare including music and all characters, except for Donkey himself. Even the Diddy character is a Rare creation. But there seem to be no problems with using DKC contend, so why with SF Adventures and DK64?
