@dnessl2 UGA in Georgia and the EPA got sued by Boyce Dairy for fraud in regard to "biosolids", poop infused with toxics. Apparently some EPA scientist lied to the Boyces about how safe it was. Their herd died off due to the the toxic sludge delivered to their land through UGA. The best thing to do with human fecal sewage infused with pollution is to find a way to gas out the organic matter. I did my research.
F@dnessl2 Look up loudounnats dottie orgie. On the left there will be a section called "Facts About Sludge", and it will detail the deficiencies in rule 503.
The problem with using human poop is that it is mixed with heavy metals, petrochemicals and excreted drugs as well as live E Coli bacteria. I have not seen any evidence that this stuff is ever well purified of such contaminants.
Have you done your research? Contact the EPA and look into waste water disinfection. Once you do this you will realize that "poop" is not directly applied to lands, landfills ect... Wastewater treatment is your friend and takes the initiative of removing hazardous materials. It was created by the NDPES to clean up our environment and remove the waste products that people like you and I put into our water supply.
Love love love it! I suggest changing the video's thumbnail. That first guy that answers the door looks like crap (punny?) and is the "image" of the whole video. Ironic?
Class A EPA 503 compliant biosolids that are used on people's lawns and golf courses and are proven perfectly safe. You can buy it at almost any garden center! The press against biosolids is an attempt by the media to create a crisis where it doesn't exist. BTW, biosolids have less contaminants in them than some municipal tap water sources.
Clean biosolids that are properly used are great on the farm, in parks or even in a home garden. The media hype against them is unfounded as they are safer than ever!
Young people have the wrong idea about biosolids. Thats why I made this video. Hopefully the CVCWA can put it to good use now that its in their hands.
