I know that Nomura and Square say Seph is powerful but like you said we haven't seen his full power. But I don't think he's the strongest you do. aparently when you play and beat apaonents, you earn PP. you use PP, Player Points i guess it stands for, to buy things like extra costumes, and to buy movies you see in game play
when you first play dissidia, you can only play as the heros. in order to play as the villans you need to buy them using PP.

i personaly thinkg Jodi Benson would do a good job doing the voice of Terra.
Jodi dose the voice of Ariel in the little mermaid searies, and i think her voice would fit Terra perfectly, since shes kinda like Ariel
Soft spoken girl, dainty, but also very brave and curagious.

thats my personal thought anyway, im happy with any voice actress for Terra, as long as they dont give her an unessisary accent
