I fully support the McCartneys, they deserve the truth but it makes me sick how they have been used by loyalist politicians to promote this vision of terrorist gangs being solely a Republican problem. Lets not forget the 6 others who were murdered by loyalists in the same year, 5 of whom were civilians, all of whom were Protestants from 'their side' of the community. Also, what about Lisa Dorian(missing since 2005)'s family? Where is their justice, when will they be told the truth?

McCartney was not murdered by the IRA, he ws murdered a member of the IRA, is that not clear to see? The men responsible were expelled frm te IRA. if this was a ritih soldier this woul not have been the case, the individual soldier would have been blamed, put into a military prison and then after a couple of years allowed back into the army.

Noone would be forced to move anywhere, but if they do choose to move then I feel sorry for the Scottish people - along with the decent Unionist community you'll be inheriting loyalist gang in-fighting and murder. Good luck with that.
