How do I make a new keyframe like at 2:08?

@TurretsFTW At the left @1:55 you see the word "BlurLenght" to the left there is a "clock" icon. Click on the "clock" icon to create a keyframe. To create more keyframe you see at the left of the "clock" icon a square thats rotated. Click on that and you got another keyframe... good luck ;)
