The movie itself is full of fantasy and imaginations,but the GAME XD I mean: bombs,fireworks,so much soda cans XD anyway,this always was my favourite game :P

i never made it past the rc car level as a kid this game had 0 cointinues wtf! why did they ever bother to put a continue screen up u need like 1 million stars to get a continue i was long dead before that! this game was hard (for me as a kid) i just rage quit after the RC Car lol.. O_o' Gota love SNES with its prerendered grames it put some PSX games to shame. I beat this game last night in 5 hrs cheating by using savestates every 2 seconds ZSNES ftw lol

Nice 3D graphics for SNES back in 95, developers were REALLY pushing the console to its limits. MAN i miss those days!

@cookinmom35 yeah I know this isn't a boss fight, I was hesitant to call it that and I opted for "some sort of boss fight". As for it being easy or hard, really it's all a matter of perception of course and if you know and memorize the pattern perfectly, yeah it's very easy.

Good thing there isn't a level where you are in SId's yard, and you gotta get to him, with a time limit, while avoiding a whole lot of annoying things that want to murder you and THEN have to do a Sid boss battle. That would just be waaaaay too easy, I think.

I did not die and I collected 50 stars at the end of each level, granting me a bonus life each time. Of course, I used save states between levels, not during, I'm not a perfect player.

They used a lot of mode7 in this game, watch the floor, it's a 3D layer, I think the sides of the square objects are 3D as well, but most of the objects are 2D. I love the sprites in this game though, they're 2D, but they almost look 3D.

Yeah, there's probably a lot of mode7 in the SNES version, Genesis must have used a different technique. The sprites are probably pre-rendered 3D or something like that, similar to Donkey Kong Country.

They both run at about the same speed, the Genesis version has an extra level, more storyboards, an extended version of the "really inside the claw machine" level, and a bonus game where you can earn extra lives, while the SNES version has better music and clearer sound effects.

could be but then the music in the genesis version is faster,when you start the snes one you hear yeeeeeeeeeeeeeee haaaaaaaaaaaaa and the genesis one goes yeha.music is just what you prefer both games used sampled tracks if i'm correct.i have the genesis one and sold my snes one the'yre like identical and the genesis it's graphics do fine only bit grainier.the colour limitation on the genesis is something that bothered me at times.
