You started a new sentence seeing as how you changed it to "it's". Saying "...sleep IT'S not good..." make no sense. If you wanted to correct something in the middle of the previous sentence, you would need "is", quotations and also an ellipsis at the start to indicate you are not starting from the beginning. I'll go ahead and do it for you since you seem to be having trouble with it.
