  • I so understand and feel the same way. A lot of black females are just not using the correct products and eatting the healthy foods. I did not look into these things until I had my daughter. You are right about the protective styles. I have decided no longer to use the harsh relaxers (there are alternative brazillian blowout, bodiphier, and jazzma). I plan to check out your website and try some of your moisturizers.

  • anyone can grow their hair pass their shoulders, not just white ppl, which really pisses me off too. If more black women would take care of their hair and refrain from those deadly perms, imagine what it would do...

  • plz do a video how u help the frizz and how u grow it long plz mines is under my my shoulders so plz and send me back

  • For the ladies that have the so called "real black" hair.. lol there are women that have very course hair just like you guys and STILL was able to grow their hair way pass their shoulders. They are all over youtube.. YES including the hair that break combs... they are all over youtube trying to help you guys understand that you dont have to be "mixed" as you guys say to grow hair..

  • It's all about the "Race"

  • @randomgirl881 cute? For a lesbian it is! Short hair is not cute especially not on black girls. If you like that short lesbian hair style good for you but short hair is not cute and guys like long hair not girls with short hair that makes them look like men and lesbians. That Kate plus 8 bitch had short hair and it looked like a beavers ass! Your not cute

  • @02Nawal Short hair is cute on people, maybe not on you but on some people it looks nice, and men do like girls with short hair, not all but alot of guys do, now stop being ignorant and please shut up, you arent cute. you are ignorant and your attitude is just plain ugly, next time just shut your fucking mouth, alright?

And first off sweety, im not bald, im not fat, and im not a vagina. get it right puta. and I wouldnt want to see you in real, I dont make contact with pedophiles :)

  • @02Nawal you are really ignorant and it's really sad.

  • A few days ago, my friend made me really really angry when she said, "Black people's hair doesn't grow" I wanted to YELL at her and tell her off. But I held my temper and told calmly that it does, backed up with fact and youtube video. Ugh. Ignorance is NEVER cute! You have beautiful hair btw!

  • Your hair is beautiful!

  • Eeeveryones hair can grow past your shoulders whether you're mixed or not -_- the question is, do you wanna take care of it. The thicker, the more maintenance. U can't take care of your hair the same way J Lo or jessica simpson does because its not the same hair texture sooo...dont call other ppls ways wrong...its right. Just for their textures...

  • @Jewelianabadd why does the woman in the video have to be mixed? Because her hair is long and pretty? And I think she says in the video that she gets relaxers and no African American woman is all African we mixed with god only knows what down the line. And did you even think that African women sometimes have short hair cause they cut it because they dont have time or wants to brush it and keep it nice and what not

  • did you use biotin ?

  • i dont know im mixed and have always had hair that was right at my shoulders and it never grows longer its wak. lol maybe i should try this since all u people think mixed hair grows and i shouldnt be complaining cuz i have "good hair" my hair blows! and my mom is blond hair blue eyed with long hair!! just some food for thought>

  • you're not even full african american so your opinions don't matter :/

  • i'm jamaican and african and the longest i grew my hair was a little below my breast. then i started dying it and cutting it which caused breakage. so i cutt my hair last year in feb to my neck and kept shedding inches off it every time it grew to get rid of split ends. so now its like near arm pit.

  • People need to understand that having long hair is a job, NOT A PRIVILEGE! Work to get long hair, work to keep long hair. So when people look at women like Shima and whoever else who has long hair that is light or dark and say "oh, your hair is long because you're mixed" is just being shallow-minded. Even when you explain they are still so clueless it's ridiculous. Go Shima!

  • @AmberSumer You are so misinformed. Almost everything we put in our hair and bodies are chemicals. What are YOU talking about?

  • Who is the ignorant fool making false claims about tightly coiled hair don't grow.. what an azz! I am african amercian my sisters are african amercian and we are all mixed. no such things as 100% black bullsh-t. just check out your ancestors. My hair has grown from the common neck length to bra strap level 4b hair. I had to learn how to put my hair in the right state. I learned the C&G method and it works! do your home work and research before making dum azz genetic remarks. what an idot.

  • You didn't mention anything about trims. Did you ever cut it cause I hate cuts seem like they dont help. Answer please :)

  • thetech . org/genetics/ask . php?id=107

  • @427skies other races. Because tightly coiled hair isn't gonna grow straight down ur back, youre gonna have to put something in it, a relaxer or texturizer, or youre gonna have to flat iron it. Thus, its not NATURAL. read this and talk please. an ACTUAL article, not a youtube account. simpleton

  • i agree to a certain extent. black women can grow long hair, but its pretty clear that youre mixed with something and your hair is not the most natural african texture because it has that wave to it. its hard for nonmixed black women to grow hair because african textured hair is coarse and dry because thats the climate in Africa. we're not genetically meant to have super long hair like that, bc u dont need a lot of hair in a climate like Africa. Nothing wrong with it, thats just how it is.

  • @JewelianaBadd Seriously??? SERIOUSLY?! LMAO. Wowwwwww. There are straight up African women with long hair. You need to educate yourself. Where are you getting your "information" from? It's 2012 and you are still thinking like that?!?

  • @427skies as a black woman with african hair, trust me, I know what I'm talking about. I get my information from common sense and geneology. There might be some african women with long hair, but if you go to Africa, youre not going to find many of them because its not in our nature. Its not typical. Thats a clear fact because the average black woman doesnt have hair down her back. Ppl think not having long hair is an insult, but thats bull. different cultures have different characteristics.

  • @JewelianaBadd Again...that's such a generalization. There are women who are Nigerian with long hair. Naturallynike and rusticbeauty are just two of them. And there are women in Somalia, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, etc. with long hair. And what is African hair? Africa is a diverse continent.

  • @427skies not that diverse. I didnt say its completely impossible, its very rare. Same goes for african people with blue and green eyes. Its possible, but its scientifically more likely that an african person will have brown eyes. Yes there are exceptions to everything, but for the most part, African people are not the same as caucasian people biologically. Thats why some of us feel growing long hair is important.

  • @JewelianaBadd Africa is VERY diverse. It is the most genetically diverse place on the planet. And the reason why people feel that growing long hair is important is because of the Eurocentric society we live in. It tells us that women are more feminine and beautiful with longer hair, not because we are genetically different. SERIOUSLY!? My sister is not mixed and she has long thick kinky hair. And she is only 6 years old.

  • @427skies okay and? im not talkin about ur sister, this woman, or that chick down the street, im talking about african people as a WHOLE. you keep trying to make excuses as though african hair can do anything caucasian hair can. IT CANT. thats a scientific fact. we're NOT the same biologically. Anybody with a brain can clearly see that and accept it.

  • @JewelianaBadd You obviously don't have a brain then, huh? Curl pattern has nothing to do with hair growth! As a whole, "African hair" (whatever that means) can grow long! Most people's hair doesn't grow to the ground, but to say hair doesn't grow a certain way because of a curl pattern is ridiculous. You seem to be in that good hair vs bad hair mode. Again, just because your hair doesn't grow a certain way doesn't mean that someone else hair is the exact same. Sorry that your

  • @JewelianaBadd hair doesn't grow, but don't try to put everyone who happens to have the same (or similar) skin tone as you in the same box. I've given you examples of African women who have long hair, and you don't want to accept the fact that you are basically wrong. Where are your sources for these "scientific facts" anyways?

  • @427skies you sound so ignorant and you have yet to reveal your own race. youre not a black woman or youre just a very stupid black woman. african hair? you dont know what that means? its HAIR ON A PERSON OF AFRICAN DESCENT. genius. you cant even properly debate, because youre putting words in my mouth. I never said hair doesnt grow, i said african hair normally doesn't grow long lengths, and it doesnt. I know this from experience, family, friends, common sense. Look it up if you dont believe me

  • @427skies where are your sources that say black women grow hair like this naturally?? Is this scientifically natural for a hot climate such as Africa? youre clearly a moron.

  • @JewelianaBadd I've given you examples and you refuse to acknowledge them! LMAO! So who is the idiot again? Yeah, still you. Girl bye.

  • @427skies you gave an example of ur sister, who knows what race she is because you keep dodging that question, and the woman in this video, who is clearly mixed. My explanation for why African hair doesn't normally grow long lengths is scientifically proven. you can look it up on any website, look at documentaries and brochures about women in Africa and black women in America. Most of us don't grow long hair not because we're doing something wrong, but because thats a genetic trait of our race.

  • @JewelianaBadd Really ? because Im East African I and alot of East Africans have long hair eg. Ethiopians, Somalians, Eritreans, Djiboutians, Kenyans etc.... So do Cape Verdeans but thats in West Africa..

  • @ndinda24 really? because ive never seen natural african hair grow in an indian wave pattern. your hair is not typical of an african woman, but youre talking about it like anyone can do it...probably bc u have your own product youre endorsing, but thats not natural for the african woman. hair texture differs from race to race, just like skin tone. it also differs person to person, but for the most part, tightly coiled hair is a trait of people of african descent.

  • I agree with you @JewelianaBadd. When my hair grows out it is in tight coils. I am a black american woman, and I wish someone would post a video on how to grow real black american hair. Not mixed, not tri-racial, not 3/4 percent black, but how to grow real black american woman.

  • @427skies girl bye? How old are you anyway, fourteen? Your parents really should be monitoring your internet usage. When you read a book and get some facts, maybe people will take you seriously. Until then, you may as well just stop talking.

  • @JewelianaBadd Lol. You can't read. I gave you two examples of two different youtubers who are Nigerian who have long hair. You're just mad because your hair doesn't grow! Your hair doesn't grow because you don't know how to take care of it. Again, please post proof of your scientific sources on African hair that doesn't grow with the proper care. You aren't doing so. I can give you more examples, but you'll just say that they are mixed.

  • @427skies lmfao, what grade are you in? Be honest, because I pray to god youre not some poor adult imbecile. and why do you keep skating around the question of your own race. WHAT RACE ARE YOU??? exactly. two youtubers who have long hair. whoo dee doo. so 2 examples out of how many black women on this planet? My hair does grow, if you read. I had locks down my back for 5 years. But unlocked and untwisted african hair doesnt NORMALLY grow very long. African hair grows at a different rate than

  • @427skies u have to close the spaces bc youtube doesnt allow this link as a comment

  • @JewelianaBadd And, no I don't think not having long hair is an insult, but for you to generalize and say that African women with no admixture can't grow long hair is just crazy talk.

  • @427skies I never said they can't, I said its rare, and it is if you compare the number of african women with long hair to the number of african women with short hair. there are some things that aren't natural for certain cultures. If it was natural, we'd all be doing it instead of watching videos about it and wondering how we can get our hair to do this or that.

  • @JewelianaBadd Seriously though? Uhm, that's because people don't know how to take care of their hair! Just because your hair "doesn't grow" does not mean other women with kinky textured hair "doesn't grow" and a lot of women in Africa keep their hair short because it is their culture. Are you serious? People can grow hair pretty long if they don't cut it.

  • @427skies what race are you? because you obviously know very little about african culture. I wore my hair natural in locks for 5 years and it grew past my back. However, if youre fully black and you want hair like this woman, youre gonna have to straighten it or put a reaxer or some other type of treatment in it. Kinky hair does not grow like that. African hair is thicker and more coarse, so its easy to break off. its their culture bc of the heat and nature.

  • @JewelianaBadd Bullshit, I'm African and I had waist length hair until I cut my hair short and all my family has long hair.

  • @JewelianaBadd wow you are stupid as hell. I have seen many africans with coily hair with long hair. maybe your hair wont grow but you cant speak for every black woman.

  • @Fdeshaun1 my hair grows, but not like hers. how many black women do you see with hair like this? right, stfu. im not speaking for every black woman, OBVIOUSLY some do have long hair, but the majority of us don't have hair past our butts because african hair is tightly coiled and it breaks off more than other types of hair. why dont you do some research before you get on youtube moron. smh

  • Just want to say, JewelianaBadd sounds way more right then you.

  • i love the way she talks!!!!

  • "terminal length” isn’t as much about the length added, but about the time it takes a hair to complete its growth-resting-shedding cycle. Since this cycle is genetically preset and hard to change and that every single follicle has its own cycle-length and growth rate, the most descriptive and correct term would actually be: “Terminal time”

Terminal length is simply the result we experience from the terminal growing time (via LHC)

  • I haven't met you Miss.. but I LOVE what you have to say..my "friend" once told me the same thing that since my hair is like "that" it wont grow.. i tried to prove her wrong and I've started my hair growing journey... I just subscribed to ur channel and i know im gonna love it.. THANKS

  • i love ur hair i wish mine was long like that but im going to take care of my hair more so it can grow

  • Sign me up...where can I get some of this lbs

  • jeesh i want your HAIR :)

  • i can relate to this girl and i really like her

  • I agree that maintenance does help with hair growth but factors such as ethinicity also affects the speed of growth. Asian hair tends to grow faster than Caucasian or African hair because it has the longest growth cycle. On average, Asian hair's growth cycle can last up to nine years, whereas the cycle for Caucasian and African hair ranges from three to seven years. Caucasian hair grows 0.4 inches, per month, African hair grows 0.35 inches, per month. Asian hair grows 0.5 inches, a month.

  • @TheMsAbiola interesting. but you forgot the mexicans. what i realized is that mexicans has the thickest/longest, asians have long but its thin, whites have feathery hair that is not very good in terms of maintaining it. and blacks/africans hair is also the thickest but the difference between us and the mexicans is that ours tends to be shorter and takes a blue moon for it to grow. Now my hair always been long but thats cause i never got relaxers, so that is also a factor for blacks.

  • @babypink912 I didn't forget Mexicans. Based on genes, you will find that Mexicans are racially mixed to some degree. On average, Mexicans are (genetically) 58.96% European, 35.05% "Asian" (Amerindian), and 05.03% African. Therefore, they would fall into each of the categories I have raised. Yes, I agree, that genrally, they tend to have the longest, thickest hair but the thickness could come from one heritage and length from another. I agree, chemicals do affect black people's hair.

  • @babypink912 In addition to that, I don't agree that Asians have thin hair. I find that generally, they have very thick hair (and eyebrows!). Asians shed less hair than Caucasians and Africans and don't experience as much balding. Caucasians have the highest risk of going bald which is why you may have observed they can tend to have feathery hair. Poor diets and age has a significant impact on their hair whereas, it may not always show on another race.

  • @TheMsAbiola oh well that may be but my friends mom is japanese and he hair is rather thin but long and i just observe alot of asian people and usually its thin. i live in san diego, ca. so that just may be my asians lol. i dont know about your asians where you live.

  • @babypink912 Do you know that Asia consists of Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, China, Japan, Singapore... to name but a few?

  • @TheMsAbiola You're right, Asians do tend to have thick hair, and I believe I read somwhere that it's also coarse. Of course just like every thing in the world, there are exceptions.

  • love your hair lady! and ur accent is very nice where is it from?

  • Thanks - point well taken.

  • yeah my sister has hair down to her butt and there's always someone there to tell her she must me mixed or she has to be full Hispanic... its not hard for black people to get long hair

  • Most of the comments on here are so stupid and uneducated I agree with the fact that anyone can grow long hair no matter the race all hair grows as she stated it's the matter of retaining the length most African Americans have shorter hair simply from not caring for it properly which is harder to do simply because of texture

  • Just my opinion

  • She could be lying because some if my black friends have natural hair which is just like white people hair. Not trying to be rasist or nothing but u could have natural hair too.

  • And thats a lie

  • And thats a low

  • She didn't say there was anything wrong with short hair but african American hair is a lot different but it's still beautiful it's just very dry because it's very frizzy so all she's saying is there people who say that because they are black there hair doesn't grow past there shoulrs

  • @DJshakeit100 If you take care of your hair it will grow whether your American black or white all hair grows it all about retaining length.

  • What is wrong with short hair anyway? Any one? Hmm

  • Cool. My hair would be able to grow if I would quit chopping it off.

    That won't happen agian.

  • Why do people always put god in a sentence to justify the correctness of their statement? Anyway, great video!!

  • Comment removed

  • Your hair is beautiful and congrats on achieving great lengths. Your hair product can help people retain length but the other contributing factor is genetics, whether ur hair is tightly coiled or straightened.

  • If you do ur research. It is a scientific fact that every one has a terminal length. Yes black hair can grow if u take good care of it and are genetically programmed to achieve those lenghts no matter what ur hair texture is.

  • Jehovah oil? :O

  • You are so right about black women's hair. Your hair is fabulous by the way.

  • I wish I had hair as long as yours. I have soft curly hair but it doesn't grow very fast. :(

  • ess aych eye tee. lol. She's so cute. I believe in being a lady also.

  • Jesus was an American! truth!

  • your hair grows no matter what even after death (gross). only illness and very poor nutrition really impede growth significantly. the most important factors for optimal hair growth/retention r nutrition, care, growing rate and terminal length. no matter how long u want your hair if your genes say your growing cycle is 2 years at say 4" a year = 8" that's what you'll have (i'd be pissed). regardless of shima's racial background and texture she has a great regimen and an enviable terminal length.

  • im not foully black im mixed with indian and white but imma try this anyway

  • thats cus u are mixed!! u aint fully black girl please. REAL african americans will show u what thick coarse hair is.. this is not it -_-

  • @ilyXdd You should go look at all these other videos of the so called real african americans hair that is the same length as her hair cause they take care of it. like uluvmegz. Just because you black dont mean you cant grow hair cause im waist length an im full black boo boo

  • @ilyXdd Oh very lol, So how do you know weather she is mixed or now? Oh no the real answer is there is no pure race no 100% black anymore everyone is mixed with something now a days, you just may not know it. Any human being can grow their hair if they take care of it. Race is not a factor in hair growth.

  • ok, please don't get pissed if i'm wrong, but i'm hearing a bit of an accent...so that may be part of why your hair grows differently. people with 'afro-textured' hair can have soooo many different types of heritage that past generation's nationalities may affect the present-day person. my sis and i are half sisters, super multi-racial mom, african-canadian dad (her) afro-american dad (mine) and my hair grows mad long, her's won't grow past her shoulders. similar textures.

  • @jtwilliams1920 Has you sister tried different products? I know for me it took a while to see what works best on my hair (shea butter, leave-in conditioners, oils, and a natural shampoo and conditioner fused with joboboa oil) May I suggest vitamins and protein; people have said biotin works really well on strengthening the hair. Also consider foods that help promote growth and overall health. Water is your best friend! So make sure she drinks plenty of it.

  • I will tell you the reason why black hair don't grow because black don't like the texture of their hair so they straighten and when they straighten to much it will get damaged and won't grow my mother had long hair she straighten but she only did it like once each month but then she cut it if you don't damage or straighten your hair it will grow trust me but I don't have african american hair because I am biracial I had long hair but I had cut it

  • Shima, I immediately said WOW at the same time you also said it. Your hair looks amazing. Keep it up

  • Bitch you better cuss!!! LOL

  • @theright1allthetime lmao! :D

  • I already have long hair (Past the shoulders almost passing my chest) but my sister recently cut it into short layers and I'm not happy with the way it looks....I should have went to a professional... so, my goal is to grow my hair out evenly and super long again, like old times. I just want the process to go faster and your tips will really help me. So for that...

    Thank you Shima :D

  • @yakamolove4 well our hair grows different than other races. honestly.

  • @yakamolove4 BUT the texture does determine how easy or hard your hair is to maintain.

  • @yakamolove4 I agree with you 120% but my dear, if you are mixed as black and any other race your hair grows faster and longer and stay long longer. I know people who don't do much with their hair or their diet is just crap...but they have a lot of hair on their head man...but on the other hand others have to be buying so many things spend a lottt of time on their hair and plus eat right, just to get 3 inches...lol.

  • @yeahmustmoveforward er... other race hair doenst grow faster than black hair, the average for human is .5 inches a month, how fast depend on your genetic not race... the reason why ome black peoples hair seem not to grow is that its more easily damaged or it breaks and you dont see the growth.... or people with short hair have short growth cycles meaning, you hair grows for a short period of time before falling out....it has nothing to do with speed

  • @yeahmustmoveforward Thats not true, I know mixed people who's hair doesnt grow too good

  • IF ANYONE LOOKS AT HER PICTURE AS A LIL GIRL ITS CLEAR TO SEE WHAT TEXTURE OF HAIR SHE HAS

  • Some of you may say its easy for her to say because its clear she is mixed with another race. However, a full blown African-American woman does/can grow hair as long as hers. If you read the Old Testament, Afro-Amer. women grew hair past their feet.

  • @PSALMSOFSONGS There aren't any Americans in the Bible...

That aside, this is a wonderful video.

  • ur hair is beautiful that colour too beautiful. represent girl!

  • Your hair is beautiful.

  • and I agree with EVERYTHING you're saying!

  • OMG!!!!!!!

I love and want your hair!!!!

  • @canthit396 Something i have been wanting to know for the longest, does everyone have the genetics to grow waist length hair or will it just grow out to a certain level? I hear people saying, they cant wait until their hair grow down their back. I usually think, how do you know your hair is capable of growing that long? I know people with healthy hair that has obviously grown in thickness. However, it refuses to grow past a certain length. It leaves me to believe genetics plays a big part.

  • @Jazeah00 nope......google terminal length

  • @wingedgds well put lol

  • Why do people keep asking if she's mixed? Shima is showing ladies with afro textured (i.e. tightly to loosely coiled) hair that it is possible to achieve healthy long hair. Being 'mixed' makes no difference here. Look at this young woman's hair (and check out the hilarious vid she has on her channel where she shows her 'nappy' roots)--this is afro-textured hair. The beauty, length and health of it has more to do with how she cares for it than what's in her DNA...

  • Yes, Shima! YOU SAID IT! Relaxed or Natural it is all about the moisture, Unless one has a health condition. Well done! I find it easier for my hair growth when my hair is straight as apposed to it being worn in a natural Afro. There is no friction and hyper manipulation wich causes stress and breakage on the shaft. Way to go girl. I hope you have some new vids. searching..........

  • you don't have to be mixed in order to have long hair. that like saying do fish need gills to breathe under water. take care of ur shit and it will grow

  • Are u mixed?

  • Your hair is beautiful! Thank you for this video!

  • Love you so much Shima

Your hair is amazing and you inspired me to go natural and my natural hair is growing so bad and am also using the best oils out there and it has passed my shoulder already

and thank you for your videos You are my lil- star x lol

  • ummm people say black hair can´t grow? ? Really?? :O wow... that´s so .. idk, I can´t even laugh about it. Why would it not be able to grow? It´s hair, isn´t it ? :S people can be so weird

  • Are you fully blk?

  • r u chinese?

  • I DO believe that Shima's hair cannot stand as an example of black hair for women with 4b/4c hair like mine. I would never tell my Asian friends to use the same products. It's not the same hair. I relax my hair & I see no reason why black relaxed hair can't grow long with the proper genetic make-up. . Black women ASSUME they don't have the genes. I just grew an inch of new growth in 4 weeks and my hair is NAPPY.

  • @LoadedPistil Have you seen the video of Shima showing her 'nappy' roots before she gets it relaxed? Go see it and you will see that her hair comes out of her scalp tightly coiled enough that she can't get a comb through it. Sounds like typical 4b hair to me...

  • I normally don't leave comments in YouTube, but I felt strongly about this subject since all my family and friends come to me to grow their hair and I have never given advice that hasn't worked. I do not use African-American products. Hair is not always growing. Hair SHOULD always be growing. If you have an iron deficiency, your hair will stop growing.

  • @LoadedPistil You are so right..I have 4b hair and hardly EVER use the AA hair products sold in stores..they are designed to promote hair breakage..they are full of alcohol and other mess... Ever since i have stopped using these things my hair has been much healthier and not as dry and greasy.

  • If anyone needs help growing their hair and doesnt mind reading check my channel or message me for info?

  • Beautiful hair but most annoying voice EVER! The info on growing hair is great but diolouge full of repeatative phrases and rehtorical questions just wears on my last nerve.

  • Lol

  • tha hell wrong with this girl makup #Dead lol.. -_-

  • thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

  • what product do you use?

  • i need to know how she did this

  • How long did it take you grow your hair that length? Also, would you recommend any products?

  • OMG Shima My Hair Is 2 And A Half Feet Long Now !! Thank U SOOO Much !! ^^

  • Great video! I agree, Ofcourse black/African and mixed women have hair that grows! That is why people with relaxers need touch ups! My hair was to my waist throughout middle and high school and it is now to my mid back. It IS annoying when people think that just cuz your hair is long, it is fake!

  • How often should i opil my hair with the shima oil?

  • You sound just a little like Michael Jackson

  • ..will give you HEALTHY hair

  • What is the fuss all about? Just care of your body, mind and soul. Eat right, treat your hair like you would a designer bag or shoes and realize that culture, race, environment and how you take care of yourself .

  • Lol @ the comments. ..

  • OK. how the fuck did you do that!?!?!? HELP ME OUTT

  • If i comb my hair alot even though its really moisturized how come it wont grow? is it because i'm combing it?

  • your hair is so long and beautiful

  • I really apreciate this video. y cant we jus love and respect our brown skin and kinky hair. Im 15, and i used to hate the fact i was black when i was a little kid. probly from going to a mostly white school. I have lengthy and healthy hair, all the white girls, was like, its a weave black girls cnt have pretty hair, now that im older and go to a mostly black school, all the black girls asume im mixed, cus i have "good" healthy hair. i seriously grown to love being black, we are so beautiful.

  • bla bla bla to all these comments thts all im seeing , im full black and maybe somewhere down the line imay be mixed with something , i doubt every black person is though . and my hair long , so stop all the " black girls hair cant grow unless they mixed" , if your mixxed and you have long hair speak for yourself cause ibet theres many black girls w. short hair that r mixxed and no one would tell by the thickness and length but it is what it is .
