@scottbaino I want to know that too! near as I can tell is its called Cinderella Gets it On. The other number from that is "The Schlump" a new dance. Really cool!
LOL, Carol (Stella Toddler) at 2:17 "Isn't this is the Casper Coleman Show?" Had me cracking up. Those three black women were prob like "What the hell?!" hahaha,,
She thinks it's the Kathryn Kuhlman show! OMG! I had totally forgotten about that lady! Anybody else remember her? An odd combination of very softspoken and really tough, like she was packing a pistol or something.
Do you have the crazy-funny spoof where Carol was the schemer who steals Harvey from guest star Ruth Buzzi while fooling around with guest star Richard Crenna? Can't remember the name of it, or the movie it was sending up, but it was classic!
When Carol rolls over - Crikey, you have to be fit to stay in that position!
I'm British and while the sense of humour is so different to the American sense of humour, I found it incredibly funny, especially at the end when she fell backwards behind the desk.
it is just me? but my heart aches when seeing stella being treated like this...isn't carol genius? she makes us laugh and cry and love her characters at the same time...
I love all of the Stella Todler skits that Carol Burnett did. All of the Stella skits are absolutely awesome to watch. I get a kick out of the Stella episodes.
I love Carol doing Stella. This scene is even better than the hospital episode. The very end is top notch as we see her struggling to reach for the $bills.
"Home, please, home, Patty, Maxene and LaVerne."
"She thinks we're the Mills Brothers."

Does anyone have another part of this episode where Carol and the Pointer Sisters sing: "Life is a super gig (I can dig it, I can dig it),
long as you got control,
life is a supergig,
when you got soul,
just let it roll"

WAs the reference @ 1:05 (of a hotel burning down) about the MGM inferno Nov. 21, 1980? That's awfully coincidental.
chiteach2 1 year ago
@chiteach2 No, this ep was made sometime in the mid-70's.
