Nice to see a 2.3 in something different.Better get a filter on the front of that turbo before the impellar gets ruined.I am running close to 400HP on my 2.3 turbocoupe with a new setup that should get me to 500.These motors are fun.

Great job on the swap. Looks like you put a lot of work in it. I was wondering about the VAM on the intercooler outlet. I wanted to try this on my T/C and was wondering what if any tuning issues you had as opposed to having the VAM on the compressor inlet. Great ride, love those Mavs.

It´s the first USA Mav I saw powered by 2.3 turbo Lima!

This is a very usual config here in Brazil, since Maverick was factory equipped with the 2.3  engine, nowadays a few 2.3 mav´s owners have a turbo engine.

yes i have not found another one on the internet except in brazil. that was the main reason i built it is because i have not seen another one. but that doesn't mean that there isn't one out there. thanks for the comment

Yes, I agree with you! Being unique ( or almost ) is always exciting when we´re talking about cars, mainly old cars!

The maverick with the 2.3 Lima is very different than the 302 one,´cause it´s more handling as the car´s front is lighter, much more confortable and funny to drive fast.
