Why has Samsung decided to put Android on their flagship Galaxy phone. It seems that they are using BADA on their budget smartphones and android on their high-end flagship devices. Which to me indicates that long term, android is where Samsung are heading for all thier devices

i dont know, i say let's give them some time to see what they can achieve , Android had a lot of comments like the ones i see here when it was announced back then, same with Bada, it's still in development stage but once it's released developers can work their magic and we will see if Samsung OS will succeed or not, what you see here is for presentation purposes we can't even compare it to Android, IOS, Symbian(and it's variant MOAP-S and MOAP-l).

I thaught iPhones where rubbish untill I actuly got one and I love it and It dosent start to run slow after along time lol and the sensitivity is amazing I'd recormend getting one even just the 3g you can jailbreak it and get a camcorder to. That's what I did and I can't have any outher phone that is not from apple now lol but I wish they'd put slomotion video on it. Lol

Samsung phones have some of the best hardware specs but in the end always fail behind others.

Samsung's hardware design is shit, their interface design is shit, they jump from OS to OS, they have no stability whatsoever, they release device after device with different operating systems.

Bada is just a mask that will yet again be wrapped around different OSes.

In the end, it's a Samsung... that should tell you everything.
