  • Hah, you did a wheelie and won XD

  • now lets see a honda do that... not

  • @FM3TEAMHPI probably because that are mostly fwd sir

  • Hooks hard & flys straight.

  • looks like it was made for that perfect wheel stand

  • Nice video dude! nothin like a mopar

  • i love the sound of a jacked up hemi on steroids

  • nice pull ! straight line an everything. good vid!

  • Thans for stating that this is a "decent" video. That's very gracious of you.

  • haha i love how mopar fans have one decent video on youtube lulz

  • Yeah '62 models ruuuule! Nice run!

  • Smooth launch and landing... Awesome. Love the 62 model year darts

  • dear santa, I know this is short notice but.....

  • Love it. Road......sky....road.

  • nice, classic drag

  • Good old mopar power :D

  • hemi- chevy killer

  • Awesome wheelie. Not a light either.

  • I always wished the guys with the vids of wheelstands would post the aftermath of the underside of the cars and what theyre oil pans and such looked like

  • i thought that only bikes can do wheelies....hahahahaha thats amazing video and this camaro is a monster

  • @SIMONDUKEN What Camaro?

  • @maplestory00 i think hemi-cuda but not SS

  • @SIMONDUKEN Lol... These are darts... And SS was a Chevy thing...

  • oh damn, I wanna drive that car!!!!!!!!

  • My dad had one of theese when I was a baby unfortunately it was stolen.... Nice to see another pro drive one

  • now that's a nice wheelie...

  • Perfect! You are one smooth pilot. I know the balance & feathering, just haven't mastered it like you.

  • that was flawless

  • That has to be one of the smoothest wheelies I've seen so far on YouTube. Awesome.

  • you need to have some brass dipped nuts in order to stay in it whilst you are staring into the blue yonder with a 150 descible eye smushing car totes you & the front wheels 100s of yds down the tar...

    Mopar or no car baby...

  • It's not sure that it vould have gone faster without the wheelie, because in some classes stock, super stock etc, you are not allowed to rebuild your rear suspention (4 link or ladders), and a leafspring is not ideal for grip in dragrace, but if you have a fast reaction in the front suspension (wheelie) you will move more weight to the rear tires an get better grip and probbably a faster start

  • It would go faster if it didn't do a wheelstand.

  • @MoPar7055 a little bit...either way there is stored energy having those front wheels off the ground. gravity is helping the car. dragging ass is what slows a wheelie down.

  • @oilfield666 interesting point

  • @MoPar7055 i dont drag race yet but using what i know from my 4wheeler racing friends...my best launch is the get the tires off the front ground but balance my body so i dont have to let off the throttle to bring the nose back down. most times it comes down nice and smoothly. wheelie bars were made to limit the wheelie...most guys still have at least one tire off the ground while running them.

  • @MoPar7055 but bracket racing isnt about speed

  • fuck yes , now that's what i'm talking bout.

  • I never did talk to the driver so I don't know the power specs. I do know that the clash with the strip surface did quite a bit of damage to the bottom of the car. It was pretty incredible to watch.

  • how much bhp and torque did that dart have?

  • There is a higher qualilty version with my other videos. You should check out the higher quality video.

  • wheelstand and wins the race mopar magic

  • that was cool!

  • Oh yeah! I was front row when I saw this. KILLER MoPars!!!!
