The Ottoman empire lost the territory and signed treaties relinquishing control to the British, who created a mandate dividing the land between Jews and Arabs. Israel was created by the international bodies based on that mandate. All legal. All just.
Then Arabs attacked, for 63 straight years. Whenever they do that, they lose land. And their people are killed by Israeli defense. That's not theft or murder.
