I agree that the unemployment rate is higher than it was in the 50s, but with all the help wanted signs I see and that I've never been denied a job that I went out of my way to make a good impression on my employer (via resume or talking with them) that makes me think that about 1/4 to 1/2 of unemployment are these protesters.
