Hey uh, the sheet music is piano right? i play bassoon, just started this year... and since bassoon is in the same key as piano, can i just play the treble part down a few octaves or would i have to right it out in bass(i know bass and treble, played clarient for 4.5 years, piano for like 3ish)....
Either you transpose the treble part (c equals a etc) or you do it the lazy way and use the "3 flats extra" cheat^^ (c equals c, but in this case the extra 3 flats negate the three sharps). I´m sorry if that sounds weird/complicated, but musical technical terms in english aren´t exactly my forte -.-
Wow!! This had me smiling and humming along all the way through :D Excellent, and what a beautiful instrument the Bassoon is!

yes, the sheet music was written for piano.

I think pirate music is universal^^
you can instantly recognize it when you hear it, even if it´s an unfamiliar piece^^
