@ajhenneberger There are too many people in the media who say they believe in exactly what you posted, but blame "the other side" for not doing all those things, and vice versa. Ideology, not reason or love of country, dictates many media figures to say what they say. Keep in mind that ratings is extremely important in all media, and news is no exception. If they can make the news more "sexy" and entertaining by over-playing a story and creating drama, they know people will be sucked in by it.

Both sides may be biased, but both sides aren't equal. When conservatives have as much media firepower as liberals then we can start taking about how their bias is equal. Once we have achieved equal media power then we can analyze the factuality of reporting and objectivity. Another thing, why do we insult each other? All it does is create a tumultuous political environment, in which nothing apart from mud-slinging is accomplished. The media sucks us all into this, avoid it. Have open conversations, both liberals and cnoservatives have merits to their sides. The basis of democracy is to have discussions, not arguements, in order to pool the best ideas together. Everyone needs to remember that we are all on the same team here.

@ajhenneberger There are too many people in the media who say they believe in exactly what you posted, but blame "the other side" for not doing all those things, and vice versa. Ideology, not reason or love of country, dictates many media figures to say what they say. Keep in mind that ratings is extremely important in all media, and news is no exception. If they can make the news more "sexy" and entertaining by over-playing a story and creating drama, they know people will be sucked in by it.

Guys I am a liberal, msnbc has a clear bias. As well as fox does. type fox bias and type msnbc bias on youtube and you will find tons of videos. I'm not going to tell you who to vote for, just make sure when you vote, you aren't doing so based on misinformation. These two are the most notable ones to avoid. Don't accept numbers/"facts, etc. just because they support your personal beliefs, questoin all and you will not be duped.

Alan Colmes is the sole Liberal on the entirety of Fox news, apart from when they occasionally let Juan Williams talk for a moment. You can judge a network by the amount of conservatives it has on. If there are none, they aren't trustworthy. NBC has one Republican -- Joe Scarborough -- in the morning (so the show is irrelevant), and he isn't even a conservative...Fox, on the other hand, has Chris Wallace, Shep Smith, Greta, Whorealdo, and every talk show has very capable Democrats debating (real debate, not dog pile Democrat debate).

One doesn't need to watch thousands of hours of the mainstream news and compare it to Fox News to see what I am talking about. The rest of the media typically just tells you what to think, with no debate, whereas Fox relies heavily on debate. The only show on Fox that isn't a debate show is Glenn Beck.
