@tracym427 As MajorSterling stated, they are easy homemade. However, you can get these kits from online dealers, as kit or arf. The Eurosport fighter in this video is probably hommede, but Composite ARF has a similar kit with an optional thrust vectoring kit from tamjets (?). However, they are as you probably know tens of thousands of dollars plus upkeep and maintenance. Hope this helps.
The Eurofighter from sz-freewing is for 350$ ( same size ) and THRUST-VECTORING 360°. I have it and i really recommend it.

They're easy enough to make home-made. You just need a can on an axis with a servo. Graupner Harpoons have them as standard. - The Major
