Static ips usualy start with 10. or ether 192.168.

public ips are random like 95.367.363.235 i just made that ip adress up so not gona hack me

This changes/renews your PRIVATE IP... Not your public IP, if it was like that there would be no point in IP bans.

hey theres a quicker way right click on ur computer icon in the bottom left corner and press repair and then itll say Renewing ip address its quicker that way :P

Guys this is renewing not changing. Renewing is basicly disconecting and reconecting... not changing. Renewing your IP is helpfull if you make changes to your DHCP server and then you want to see the effects.

Lmao, You must kno this just changes ur extenal ip, On a server ingame or say ur ip with stay the same if u have a static ip, u can find out from ur isp, But if u have a Dynamic ip, it will change when u restart your router/modem
