terrible idea putting the charger on top of the batterys the gas put off while charging is highly explosive the charger and inverter should be the length of their cords away from the batteries in a well vented area. I'm surprised your family hasn't had sore throats from the gas. hope you take this as a friendly warning and not someone trying to make you mad

Looks dangerous to me,when batteries are charged they give off hydrogen gas,you have potential bomb there buddy

I didn't understand something. You tried to provide electricity to your house whith inverter? How many batteries you connect?
