  • Man I miss this show....

  • Do you have the clip where they're all pirates and he plays a Yiddish pirate?

  • @Maestrojosh87, yeah...somewhere

  • i miss DAG

  • nothing can beat the australian version

  • The host is Jude the Science Dude from Bones!

  • Jason's impression of William Shatner is brilliant!

  • ლ(ಠ益ಠლ) Y U GET CANCELED FUNNY SHOW!!!!!

  • @PieceOPWN ¯\(ºдಠ)/¯ I HAVE NO IDEA

  • I heard this show terrible...First time watching...I beg the differ

  • @LocoRico89 It had it's moments. I liked it quite well. I suggest you look up "Harland Williams Kickass" it was the best one of the series.

  • Hmmmm........Captain Picard's hair in Captain Kirk's girdle

  • @Timwatchesvideos

Very true. And the Australian version is much better.

  • i found this pretty funny! Cant stand'ya!

  • Wow this us terrible. They negate him quite a few times. The number one rule of improv is don't negate. The "Yes and..." Rule. Jason was good, and when his co stars broke this rule he was quick, but he shouldn't have had to be. Not very professional. Poor improv.

  • awesome, wish this was a real tv show...

  • I like to poo, it makes my tummy feel good

  • I am from Sweden actually, so it's really funny to see how people react in other countries! Love this show!

  • I never liked Seinfeld, but Jason Alexander could cut it on the Aussie Version. Best of the US TGYH

  • that salute was incredible

  • Here's an interesting connection. Jason Alexander is impersonating William Shatner here, and Alexander appears alongside Shatner in the music videos for "celebrity" and "Online" both by Brad Paisley

  • DAVE FOLEY FTW. He's a legend

  • Theme song by Hoodoo Gurus titled "Come anytime".awesome band from here in Australia

  • In the US version they did it with generic b-list actors only a small number of which have had improv experience. Jason Alexander was one of the ones who did so his was okay.

  • Do you have the Chelsea Handler version?

  • @MagdaRose85, check out "Thank God You're Here : Department of Labor and Education" and tell me if she is the blonde in it. If she is I have it recorded somewhere and will convert and upload it for you.

  • Is this choreographed or done impromptu?

  • @744Maverick Jason is the one improving. The others have a script, and have to impromptively respond to him, but that's it.

  • @744Maverick ...Ehrmm........You're serious...aren't you?

  • they stole that straight from peter rowsthorn's story

  • Wow... the Aussie original is way better than this show.

  • haha! wow jason was actually good at this unlike others that go on this show.

  • Ahahah, that was reaaallly good. He's better than I thought :D

  • what's the name of the theme song to this show.

  • this is great

  • This is more like Mad Libs than anything else. They set the guest up for improvised punchlines, but the story and the lines of the other actors seem pretty set in stone.

  • Very good

  • its sad that jason alexander cant get any more gigs, so hes now on a jenny craig commercial. 1-800 jenny ....

  • There is nothing above or below Jason Alexander

  • Which year is this from? 2009?

  • Summer of 2007 on NBC.

  • George LOL

  • "That's a lie! I impregnated her!" HAHAHAHA

  • Jason Alexander is brilliant !

  • The original is still the best... sorry guys but the Australian version has so much more character. Wish we could get Jason Alexander :)

  • The Aussie version is tops. This version is zonks better than the UK one, but it's really the fact that it sticks more closely to the original rather than any other distinguishing merit. Jason Alexander would be great though! :D

  • It's exactly the same. Same format, same music, same exaggerated reactions from the judge and audience. It's only the random celebrities that provide any difference.

  • @ryorioirorytttrr: Yeah thats true but American humour is very different to English/Australian humour, so the celebrities cater for that. In Oz a comedian like David Letterman just isnt considered funny by anyone so I guess its just a matter of what humour best suits your demographic.

  • @myrtilusgames he's considered comedic in north america ?

i thought he was just an adulterous frump.

  • oh yeah, australians created thank god you're here first so stop arguing about wether the british or the us one is better

  • Doesn't make any difference who created something. Other people can easily be better at it.

  • There is a uk version of this skit, this 1 is better tho lol

  • I agree. The British version wasn't nearly as funny.

  • totally. plus i don't get any of their jokes.

  • @lowellriggsiam you should watch the german version, it´s just horrible ;)

  • @butcherben82 Point me in the right direction. I'd love to see it anyway.

  • @lowellriggsiam ok, you must be an american as well because Australian humour always has more character and the people on it are less self absorbed and with the Australian version, it's more witty and they don't copy every show they do, this episode was almost exactly the same as the australian version, down to the set and the script.

  • @emoluver67 Quite frankly I like British humor more than American.

  • @lowellriggsiam Australian one is better

  • are there more of these with famous actors?

  • George Takei (Sulu from Star Trek) was on one.

  • anyone that isnt a 70s science fic actor?

  • Although I am not sure I recorded the episode, Kevin Nealon was on one.

  • well i found episodes with kurtwood smith and tom green. fun stuff

  • let's see: kevin nealon and ana gasteyer from saturday night live

wayne knight from seinfeld, bryan cranston from malcom in the middle and mad tv, shannon elizabeth from american pie, fred willard, kurtwood smith from 70s show, tom green, nicole sullivan from king of queens, fran drescher, brian poehnson from just shoot me were all on the american version

  • that was soooo funny:):):):)
