  • lol they gave you like 10 forks 4:53

  • CO uses 777 on domestic route (especially between EWR and SEA)?

  • @UclaColumbia No this was a rare one time flight. They use the 777 only between EWR-IAH and IAH-EWR for domestic flights.

  • @UclaColumbia I was flying MCO-EWR about ten years ago, and our flight was canceled because of an equipment problem. CO put us on the next flight, and they replaced the 737-900 that should have been flying the route with an internationally configured 777-200.

  • ...horrible engine sound... hate that!

  • When was this?

  • @hawk45653 September 2007

  • the new business-first is much nicer and more comfortable. can't say that i miss the old seats

  • where r the tvs?

  • @aaronrodgers77 In the arm rest. I take them out in the video.

  • hey diego this me christian in ms ross class

  • the person in front of you looks quite comfy having a good ol snooze! nice!

  • @MegaPlanelover Seattle

  • continental airlines have a mean crew there very bossy too

  • @Ilovegogosable

no they don't united and delta have mean old bossy flight attendants on there flights

  • By god...it looks like going back to flying in the dark ages...and this is suposed to be business class......refund please!

  • im almost positive that my meal on any airline is shit ha

  • The Fantasitc 4 :D

  • CONTINENTAL is really stepping up their game!

  • Continental Business Elite is excellent.....a complication of thoughtful high end amenities and products. I chose Business Elite because of the obvious specific amenities and the overal top quality of the service. Always a pleasure.

  • Great video! I just wonder...why would they use a 777 enroute from KEWR-KSEA? It seems like a big aircraft to use for that route. I thought that they used aircrafts like the 757?

  • right? i was wondering the same thing

  • where was your destination??

  • seatle

  • Loks like newark

  • It looks like someone barfed on your plate.

  • continental is the best.i live in dallas and aa is the hub at dfw,i will always fly to houston to connect.

  • No music? I would go nuts. Well then again I bring my own music with me and back ups i.e extra mp3 players.

  • In addition to movies and popular tv shows, Continental offers multiple channels of music as well. The music includes classical/opera, country/western, pop music and show tunes so there would be plenty to which you can listen.

  • wow, real silverware, and steel knives, good thing there was not a terrorist on board.

  • @mz854f

wow someone finally realizes that haha i was thinking that too

  • :D:D:D

  • Two questions. Does the engine sound differ from regular class and business class? The other question I have is, is it worth the extra $100 or so for the upgrade? Planning on flying soon and really need the information. Thanks.

  • The BusinessFirst cabin is generally quieter than the main cabin. Also, if you think a seat in Business First is only an extra $100, you are, sadly, mistaken. A round-trip ticket will cost anywhere from $5,000 to $12,000 depending on the route. For example, a flight from Newark to Hong Kong will cost significantly more than a flight from Newark to London-Heathrow. The seats, entertainment, and food are all excellent but you'll have to decide if the extra money is worth it to you.

  • Wow really that much! I had no idea. Looks like I'll be flying coach! Thanks for info. Much appreciated.

  • @germanchocolate1982 well fr the first questin yes the sound is less because you are in front of the engine

  • I was wondering what business class was like. Thanks for uploading this! :)

  • Perfect Vid!!

The cabin looks a bit cramped though, when comparing to other airlines business class cabins!!!

  • Continental is in the process of converting it's BusinessFirst Cabins to include lie-flat seat pods. The cabin may look cramped but, I assure you, the cabins are very comfortable. It is better than most business class cabins...

  • Great video, thanks for posting! Food looked good.

  • wow apologizing for been early theres a first!!!

  • Continental is THE BEST Airline I have ever flown in my opinion

  • @packs5100 yea it sure is...

  • For me when i sit on business i always want the flight to last forever lol.

  • I love their business class seats and also the service and food.

    Its all good :)

  • Nice video. I just rode in the Businessfirst to and from Beijing China to Newark on that plane a Continental 777. Got back from Beijing yesterday morning actually-very recent. It was really nice and the service was wonderful. I found it funny how they feed you every like 10 mins...well not really but they feed you a lot. Hahah and I am a 15 year old girl and my Dad is an airline pilot who flies these Continental 777 planes! :) Anyaways, nice video.

  • Its funny that they will have the skyteam businessfirst after they go to star

  • nice filming

  • nice video,i think contenetal has the best customer service.i think they are just the best around, thats why i buy an annual presidents club membership.

  • Cool, I have done this. Continental Business first is awesome...

  • This was a flight to Seattle?

  • i cant believe it took the flight 10 mins! with dinner and all that was a short flight

  • The Newerk Airport is gross and the area around the airport is a dump.

  • continental is great, just liek other airlines. i flew with them a while ago from Omaha to Houston and from Houston to Guadalajara Mexico. I was on the 737 and the ERJ-145. i wish i could fly on the 777though. anyways, Great Vid!

  • Great video. I'd love to see more. Especially if you travel in BusinessFirst again. Was it just me, or did it seem that the seat was not that big nor comforable? Also not much room for your feet. I've flew DL's BusinessElite on their 763ER and service was great especially the food, so great I wanted MORE. Never flown Con. but my aunt has and she loved it, said I must try them out. Lastly I can't believe Con would use a t7 for EWR-SEA. Never heard of airline say sorry 4 being early before.

  • great vid, but continental really need to get their first class seats renewed for sure. those aren't considered as first class sitting in today's standard, not anymore.

  • Actually those are considered first class. But continental is in fact getting new lie-flat seats, with new tv, table, lights, USB and all types of electric outlets. Check out their website for details

  • this looks so great. im gonna use first class for my next trip!! cant wait:)

  • no u cant afford it so dont bo0ther

  • im a one pass Elite member dumbass. so stfu.

  • Lucky you! I actually had an upgrade last month, but of course i had to pay a bit but it was worth it because it was on a 757-200 (BusinessFirst). Did it because that could very well be the ONLY time i'll ever get to experience a seat better than domestic first. I even have a short clip of me in full recline.

    And again, you're lucky!

  • lol i know.

  • I was in BusinessFirst flight from IAH-SAP in a 737-900

  • what are the 3 orange-ish buttons on the seat controls?

  • It's a fast way to adjust the chair. One button puts the chair in normal sitting mode aka no recline at all, the second button is recline almost half way and the last button is sleep mode or full recline of the chair.

  • Hello! Its was very good and nice film you had filmed!I give you 5 star!

    Greeting theCARRE74

  • I flew this plane to Tokyo from Newark. Never ever again. First class is a joke. Next time I will purchase a ticket with Air Canada at least they have a nice first class section.

  • Continental doesn'tt have a first class cabin. They market it as business class. When it is reviewed and rated, it is done so against other business classes. Continental calls it BusinessFirst for a reason, they combined Business class with first Class. Lastly, Continental Airlines is in the process of remodeling their BusinessFirst cabin, it will feature lieflat leather seats, and a new inflight entertainment system.

  • Your a joke

  • Dear All,

I have two quetsions about psychology:

    *Why do we love flying?

*Why do we like commerical air travel?

THANK YOU IN ADVNACE for your creative ideas and brainstorm!!!

  • You are such a spammer! Why do you keep doing that on all these peoples videos?!!?

  • thats not first class is it?

  • Its BussinessFirst which is Continental International "First Class" cabin

  • @19laurel94 =LAUREL yes it is first class. But most if not all 777-200 have been fitted with new fully reclinable seats. You can lay straight and sleep like baby if your nerves don't ge the best of you...

  • poser

  • Where was your fight to and from

  • He said his flight was from Newark to Seattle, which I don't know why they would use a 777 on a domestic route.

  • This is the new buisness class!!!!

  • THIS IS THE OLD BUSINESS FIRST!!!!!!, the new business first have AVOD with over 200 channels to choose from, and are much more comfortable and are lie-flat, this guy should've put the new business first !!!

  • Those are the new TV's & Continental is not getting FlatBeds until another year or 2

  • They are being installed now, have them on a few EWR-NRT flts and HKG

  • I meant will be done in 2 years. The B777's that have it installed will fly every where, not just China.

  • Continental Airlines´ Bussines First is the best and the most voted in the airline industry I travel with them a lot and I just love it!!! way to go Continental!!!

  • Wow, you were really fortunate to be on a 777 going to Seattle, as the 777 does international flights almost exclusively, other than positioning flights between EWR and IAH :-)

  • what in the world they dont even have tvs in the seat...what was your destinantion

  • Yes every seat has a TV. Its all AVOD now with over 200 movies. All of Continental Airlines planes with the exception of the 737-500 will have a TV in each seat. All the domestic 737sNG and 737-300 are gettin LiveTX with 81 channels and the 757-200 and 777 have AVOD. the 767s have PTVs in each seat. Continental will be the ONLY US legacy carrier with TVs on all planes in all seats with the exeception of 737-500. No other US legacy carrir comes close to that.

  • wow!!!!!!!!!! metal knives???, good thing this flight wasn´t, United Airlines or American Airlines, probably the cockpit door was a cardboard box, I just had a trip Miami-SFO 1st class on AA and there were obsolutely no metal knives or something similar to metal on meals. lol

  • You actually get metal cutlery in economy class on Continental on International flights, but not domestic. I got them on my EDI-EWR flight but not EWR-SFO (even though I missed the connection because of delays and then didnt get the next flight out because of confusion on the standby list!)

  • not that much leg room really isit for first class

  • Is this Tampa Flirida airport??

  • No, its take off out of EWR Newark.

  • Which city was the departure and which city was the destanation?

  • This was incredibly wonderful. Much much MUCH better without the music. The original audio is AMAZING. When taking off, the whine of the engines spooling up during takeoff is MAGICAL. Great footage throughout the whole flight. I've never flown Business Class, or First Class for that matter. It looked like you were rather comfortable. Very good video, dude. :)

  • What gate did you departed from?

  • Sorry I have no idea what gate it left from. I fly a lot and really don't keep track of gates.

  • And Where Did you Land?

  • seems like he landed at Seattle

heard the captain saying '...., Washington'

  • When was this yesterday? Today?

  • Great Video!
