I accept constructive criticism because I strive to advance myself spiritually, emotionally, psyschologically and physically. I'm also OK with being subjected to judgement by others because I have a moral code and strong spiritual values. I deem it necessary to judge and to be judged in order to know what you're getting into and to be able to face the inevitable consequences of your choices and actions. If you haven't be around and are devoid of wisdom, then refrain from judging.
