If the battery voltage is low it may just need to be recharged. An alternator can put out more than 12 volts even if one or 2 diodes are bad. This video is not a good way to test an alternator!

a good battery be between 12.4v-12.8v when testing the generator(altenator) it should be between 13v-15v

wow there is so much misinformation here. First of all 12.0v is not a (charged) battery. Around 12.6 would be a good battery 12.0 is 0% charged 12.5+ would be like 80%+ charged,

Secondly "if the voltage of the alternator is higher than the battery, your alternator is good" is also a false statement! Alternators should put out around 13-14.5V . If it's putting out more than that, the alternator is overcharging the battery.
